Why anyone wastes money on snap on or Cornwell these days I’ll never understand. When you can get lifetime warranty on China tools for 1/10th the price that last just as long. My buddy’s got around $20k in his box and I’ve got about $5k and we do the same jobs lol
Depends on the tools only 2 I've really noticed a different is impact swivels and prybars those are the only snap.on tools I have the rest are hf and mostly tekton they hold up so great!
I bought one for my grandpa, modified it. But honestly, ive seen a few slidetops (mac, matco, cornwell, snapon) on craigslist for $6-700 used. If you can be patient and watch craigslist, i think that would be way better.
Nice cart but you ruined with the black out features, kind of like the same ide as when people remove us general label and put snap on label baffles me why when the general rocks!!!!!
In the houseware section at Walmart you can find a tougher drawer liner for cheap. The one i bought for my cart is a harder plastic with inverted dimples. You could line all flat surfaces for around 20 bucks.
I have the blue one in the back of my explorer (for taking to the race track) and I like what you did with the trim. Did you take the handle and emblem off or just tape around and spray with it still on?

How do you black out the chrome? Vinyl wrap or rattle can?
Rattle can. It rubs off pretty Easy tho. I’ve had to repaint it once already
Try carbon fiber vinyl wrap....works great and protects the edge if the drawer.
best way is to rough it up with sandpaper and use small artists paint brush with black acrylic adheres extremely well
