Hi , I'm 23 years old with a myopia of -3.00 and (-1) astigmatism in both eyes. Can I often take off my glasses to read my smartphone or read a book for hours every day without worsening my myopia or astigmatism for the long-term ? 🙏Also, i’d like to know if wearing under-corrected glasses of -2.50 (which is -0.50 less than my normal myopia of -3) and -0.75 for astigmatism (which is -0.25 less than my normal astigmatism of -1.00) for almost a year now will worsen my myopia at 23 years old ?🙏 Thanks...

@@Skdr19_FR Great question! Undercorrection is a stimulus to progression so I absolutely would not undercorrect your myopia!

Ive just started watching this ,with glee, and i had to speak up. I recently had an appointment with a well known optometry organisation for a biannual check up. To my surprise my left eye had improved considerably to the extent that the lens could be reduced by atleast 35 %. It had been a problem from the age about 34 I am now 72 yrs old. The optometrist could not give me an explanation but i put 2+2 together and that was a change in diet about 4 yrs ago. Good nutrition is the foundation to good health.

Spot on, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.
