In the same check box epfo clearly mentioned if there is any contribution the user cannot claim the amount in future then why they are not giving rights to D-Link the member id.

The main advantage for employee is that they can remove company from where they have absconded. Sometimes due to Employer pressure or their harrasment (it could be sexual harrasment) employee leaves company but the next employer used to enforcely validate their past job history via EPFO and do rejection at BGV basis such absconding history. So by doing this Government has saved employees rights & liberty to be freely switch companies where he/she doesn't comfortable to work with. Bingo to our Government ❤❤

I have not worked in a company, the company created a PF and because of that company I have to face so many issue because of this. The delink is not allowed because the company contributed and this is really ahead ache.

Contribution is available against member id. Delink is not available Delinking issue I have one company in which i have never worked with when trying to de link it shows Contribution is available against member ID XXXX Delinking is not allowed.

They should have released this feature for all employees, my fraud employer intentionally created member id without giving salary for trouble, government should allow all features.

Sir meri contribution zero hai lekin service history has been created before October 2017 so delink option isn't available. What to do now, I cant remove this fake employment data. On further research I got to know that the Company is struck off so can't even contact them.

Sir, i have one member id with fake employment and zero contributions if you want to you can use my UAN for experiment. I want that record removed from my history as i never worked there.

I think it’s a system issue. They are yet to solve it. Went prod early than required. Have a “one day” overlap that’s screwing my life! Thanks for this video though. Really helps calm down knowing it’s an issue that exists. Pls keep us posted.
