I see you’re using a straight stitch for the length side seam ,but would the bottom and top hem work well with a zigzag stitched seam?

Thank you for an easy to follow video! Question- to make it easier for me, could I sew the rolled French seams (raw edges) first then sew them together to make the seam?

Well done, originally painted by Vincent Van Gogh in 1888, from memory he painted 8 sunflower studies, in his lifetime he was unable to sell any, however over 100 years later the last "sunflower sale" a painting changed hands for $40,000,000.00 (USD) He saw things differently, his mind worked differently, at the time he was not understood, can you believe it one contemporary criticism was there was to much yellow (what did they want purple?) Some how, for what ever reason, we understand him now.

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at the wonderful Art Show - once again we were very impressed at the variety and quality at the standard of work shown. It was lively to be able to speak to so many of the artists as we strolled around, and all with music and song from the Choir. Thank you to all those who worked so hard to present this evening for us to enjoy.
