This is great! Is it possible to have a usage tab that shows the total minutes used so far for the month and the price, including my margin? For example, I charge $0.50 per minute and that is the price I want to show to the customer, not the price I am paying Vapi. Thanks a bunch.

Can you show us how to add an actual phone number to it. We can see that it works with the test number , but when I tried adding an actual phone number, there was a problem.

I can't get WhatsApp connected. I followed everything explained in this video. I get the green dot in the VG > Channels > WhatsApp section, and sending a test message from the developers.facebook API setup page works too. But when I click the Test & Save button in the VG WhatsApp section, nothing happens except that I get a green popup saying that WhatsApp is saved successfully. I've spent many hours trying everything from setting up new accounts, numbers, flows, agents, but nothing seems to work. Does it have to do with the fact that there must already be a WhatsApp connection within Voiceflow? Like with FlowBridge? It seems that the issue is between VG and developers.facebook. Please help so I can solve this!

I like the custom branding, but is it possible to customize the pay-per-minute rate? For example, if Vapi charges 15 cents per minute, we would display 25 cents per minute on VoiceGlow. The customer would pay the 25 cents, and the 15-cent Vapi bill would be automatically transferred to them, while we keep the remaining 10 cents.

Hi, so if I connect my clients account on vapi to voiceglow, I’m still gonna face concurrency issues, How do we prevent it?

I would highly recommend updating your video content and have it reflective of your more updated UI. Your videos are hard difficult to follow, are not straight to the point and are often confusing. I would like to incorporate VG into my normal VF build flow, but I lack confidence on the long-term stability of your product. If you could increase my confidence that would be appreciated.

Thank you because I am struggling with this: I can't find the widgets in this new interface of Voiceglow and find no information about it on internet. I need a widget to embed a form in Voiceflow but impossible to find recent tutorials on Voiceglow about this. We told me on the Discord that it was called now agents tab but it doesn't help me (still can't find the embed widget).

I have looked for minutes and minutes but don't see "extensions" or "create" sections anywhere in Voiceglow... it no longer looks like the video interface, and the extensions seem to have disappeared...

Embed will turn into text on whatsapp but what about if using custom API? Example, I'm using setmore appointment setting software, if I were to link my vf up with custom API, how would it work on platforms such as whatsapp/telegram/messenger/instagram etc?

Hey, I love your tool, but I’m not sure if I’m using it correctly. Do you recommend building the agent on Voiceflow first and then adding it to Voiceglow? I feel like I could skip Voiceflow and have a more natural chatbot with your tool. I don’t see the benefit of using Voiceflow anymore. Thanks

Great video very informative. But what it I want VoiceGlow to only answer questions asked and not provide any other images or text unless asked similar to the way Vapi responds to questions when you are speaking through VoiceGlow. How would I do that, would it be via the prompts or knowledgebase?
