Welcome to Wilkins' Library Music Archive! This is a channel that's dedicated to preserving library music history. I used to upload a bunch of other things, but now it's a channel dedicated to library music now. I don't have a regular video schedule, I just upload when I feel like it. So grab a cup of Wilkins Coffee and have fun on the channel! =) If you want to request tracks for me to upload, here are the main rules for for requesting:
Rule #1: One track per request.
Rule #2: Request another track at least a while after the first request.

Just recently, Cavendish Archive released a new album on the Cavendish site, containing the entire A-side of SBH 3006. Unfortunately, it does not contain any or all cues from the B-side of the LP. Credit to everyone.

You might've not known this, but Video Moods also made LPs, in addition to their 78s. These LPs seem to be even more rare than the already hard-to-find Video Moods 78s. These LPs could be made in the mid to late 60s, but I unfortunately don't have any release date info. From info I've gathered, there seemed to be at least 9 LPs from the label, with the label going up to EA LP 109. There could b...

Can you upload Matinee by Neil Thurgate? I've seen a version of it on TH-cam uploaded by Graham Miles but I can't seem to find another version with a higher quality. Thanks in advance!
Thanks!
Can you upload Runaway Five by Thomas Elerth
6:31 this is actually really surprising to see this on this part. A lot of video companies from this place that had logos that early are like partially/fully lost and I didn't expect for you to display this stuff man😭 way to go on actually catching an eye on this but this logo is from Mainland China and not Hong Kong, it was based in Shanghai
I believe i heard this piece programed into the Seeburg 1000 background music system
Wow.
Beautiful.
Beautiful Bossa tune. Its amazing how much fantastic music was produced for these libraries. So many talented musicians and brilliant composers labored in virtual anonymity
Great
Great tune.light and jazzy.z
Keep up the great work Wilkins!
Wow! This is a great one! Would be great programed into a background music system of the day.
Love these spacey futuristic tracks.
Beautifully etheral piece featuring Ondes Martenot
Was there a longer version?
Another great Cedric King Palmer piece.
Beautiful tune.
The DeWolfe library had lots of great music. Do you know what year this track was released?
you should've animated the fuse
Is it possible that Fragrance & Sweet Melody from EA 1043 was also possibly ghostwritten by George Chase? Emil Ascher is credited for those tracks.
Re-issued on JW 2041.
I did not know they acquired some Audio tracks
@@nionbob07 Audio was a sublabel of JW
Mad Mambo & El Mosquito are missing from the Transworld/EZ-Cue playlist
Holy shit, I thought I dreamt this when I was a kid 😂
This song was played in that King Leonardo two-parter where a certain perfume was making people laugh.
This maybe an odd question, but do you know of any obscure music libraries that have fallen to the public domain due to their copyright not being renewed?
I think one example could be most of Video Moods' catalog, with the exception of a few tracks (Like Eddie Warner's "Rudolph Valentino Tango"). Most Video Moods cues have not had their copyrights renewed, so that makes them in the public domain.
@@wilkinsthelibrarymusicfan BG Library might be public domain. it was a very obscure 78 library label that has no credited composers.
@@wilkinsthelibrarymusicfan Thanks!
@@LibraryGuy78 Thanks!
That kid was determined, and, obnoxious.
I had a feeling ember was going to become part of the label you upload from
*toyota Fiji commercial flashbacks*
I actually prefer the Paxton version
Where’s the Paxton version so I can listen to it?

@ your welcome!
Thank you so much for uploading this. I've wanted to hear a good quality recording of this for a very very long time.
they!!!! might!!!! be!!!! giants!!!!
Wasn't this in a SpongeBob SquarePants episode?
I love 4th wall breaks!
This AI software did a great job enhancing the dialogue quality and removing the analog hiss. Too bad it muffled the sound effects though.
AKA Nino Nardini. Frequent collaborator with Roger Roger, whose fingerprints are definitely on this cut.
Very true
If this does arrive to APM I can see SWC adding it
wonder why apm removed this
Notice how the two tracks on APM are the only ones the content ID picked up
Actually looking at the album maybe those were the only ones JW reissued
RIP Junko Hori
Sound Like Jean Jacques Perrey
Waku Waku
I love this track, glad you reduxed it!
Thanks. =)
@@wilkinsthelibrarymusicfan Your welcome!
I had no idea he was married to Judy Garland, also he apparently was a ghostwriter for Capitol HI-Q
I would wait up watching WGBH to hear this lovey song.
Thanks!
Can you upload Plutonium by Pierre Arvay
