Women added responsabilities to their role by bringing income to the household, men are not willing to do the same adding family management and chores to their role.

I am 150% with rabbi! Those are things I once grew up with but it seems just out of nowhere now those family values all of a sudden became corny. Unpopular. To talk so great about your parents and appreciate them has now become a little mama's boy, and daddy's boy. Now if you say you want to spend more time with family than you become weak and even a geek. It baffled me, but to be on the wrong side in school as a teenager is not easy at all. Bullying is very very real and it affects you. Kids today does everything they knows is wrong but does it, and even makes theirself vow to destructive behavior just to fit in. However, when the society living standards and culture is to think however way you want to, and be who you want, and act the way you want, and say what you want without any rules, I think people lose focus on why its so important that your parents went out of their way to put down rules in the house. Rules in religion, rules in the military. Many say the best time they ever had living was living a constructive life, which means we as human beings become more humble and better when we have a structure to follow which are rules with consequences. So this always confused me. How can I behave in society if the country says you have to be free to do as you wish in the society, but at home people you trust says you have to follow rules. So there's the society and home that says completely differen thing. Maybe could it be that america is just a full of lies and misconception?

While I agree with a whole lot that the Rabbi does present I am cautious to not to be leery of the current events that bring eerie similarities to a time not of the Pogroms or of the Inquisition but more recently of an unparalleled dark time that was the Shoa. When we see in the United States, the majority of universities academia and their faculty heeding no attention to the actions thereof, blocking entry into universities due to the fact that a student may be Jewish, brings back visages of past Jewish history, when in 1938 SA troops blocked entry into the University of Vienna for only those students whom were Jewish. Is this not something to heed caution to? Not to percolate fear or induce a timidity in the American Diaspora, but to make all aware that such things can happen even here in the United States and if that occurred, could we see another massive event be fold Jews in America?
