Try pouring the amount into the measuring cup and then use the strainer when you're pouring from the measuring cup into the mixing bowl. Less likely to get it all over the counter if you do it this way. ☺️
Well that certainly makes sense haha! Thanks for the advice :)
How do you keep the drain from being plugged with flowers ?
❤
Thank you!
You need a smaller tea strainer.
Where do you get you salt??
❤❤
The cat walked in to see if it was food time and that’s why the dishes rattling in the kitchen 😁
So messy
Thank you for sharing this. Please share more on holistic esthetician. I really want to get more into this side of esthetics 🙏🤍
When they want to use these, wont they get all the top flowers & pink Himalayan salts before getting to the rest?
I really like this
What temperature did you set the oven to?
I put it on 170 for 15 :)
I just bought it and Im confused about the two size strainer. One is for smoothie and one is for juice? I’m assuming that the smoothie has bigger holes to allow more fibers? Please clarify. Thanks
Hi Tracy, yes you're exactly right! The smoothie strainer has larger holes for allowing thick/ pulpy juice or if you want to make smoothies or soup. I haven't used it yet but Ill ppàt an update when I do :)
Beautifully presented
Thank you so much!
That looks like an awesome juicer! Great job on the video! Good info. <3
Thank you so much! 🙂❤️
How much should be used with each bath ? The whole jar ?
Hi Denise! I got 2 baths out of one jar. I'm sure you could maybe even get 3 if you wanted :)
@@Themindfullmama Thank you. Going to try this
I made this. I didn’t have citric acid so I used 1 full cup of cornstarch with the one cup of baking soda. I used my silicone cupcake liners for the mold and pressed down with the bottom of a small glass. Will try them tomorrow. They won’t have the fizz but maybe will have the spa scent. After I made this I realized I just made made my homemade powder deodorant minus the eucalyptus oil. (I use a clean make up brush to powder it on.) works great!!
I really enjoyed this video! Thank you for the information ☺️I moved to south Florida last year and I noticed my hair got really dry and frizzy! What shower filter do you use or recommend? There are so many mixed reviews! Thank you again!💕
Hey Angela! I hear you on the south Florida water! My hair is sooo dry when I don't use a filter. I've tried a bunch that were just okay but the one I've been loving recently is: mineralstream.co/products/mineralstream-ionic-shower-head-59?currency=USD&variant=40881346019489&Google%20Shopping&gclid=Cj0KCQiAsqOMBhDFARIsAFBTN3cmrm3adoyjHgglOLOi-FGfssTmvkwefhazowIFZuWvOjzgBHdurOsaAngQEALw_wcB This one has great pressure and makes my hair super soft ☺️
@@Themindfullmama thank you so much!! I appreciate your reply and I will order this! Thanks again ☺️
This was a good video
Hi there, thank you for the video. 🙏🏼 You had mentioned that you use a skin care line that's algae based and organic, what is it called?
Hi Alexis! The line I work with was formulated by a company called spa technologies. Our line we use at my job is called Become. here's the link if you'd like to check it out 🙂 thanks so much for your comment! store.hippocratesinst.org/collections/become-personal-care
Thank you for your video! Where would you suggest to start with holistic training? I am a licensed esthetic man and would love to move into incorporating holistic methods.
Hi Lauren! That's so good to hear thank you for your response! There's a great holistic facials course on centre of excellence website. I'd also start looking into ingredients and recognizing what to avoid. EWG skin deep is a great place to start with that!
@@Themindfullmama thanks! I actually use Eminence Organic skincare which was kind of my start to wanting better quality ingredients! And I've taken an herbalism course through the centre of excellence so I'm familiar with their courses, thank you so much for giving me a good place to go ❤️
Adding a little bit of baking soda will soften the water. I like to add powdered milk as well. Natrasorb will also prevent the salts from clumping as well.
Great suggestion thank you! 😊❤️
Is destilled water ok to use?
Yes definitely! That's what I used 😊
I LOVEEEEEE YOU! I swear listening to you talk is like listening to myself talk! I love everything you stand for! Please make more! You said you’re located in Florida? Oh my gosh if it’s close to the Tampa Bay Area we need to meet! I know sounds creepy, the world is creepy, but I NEED.... I WANT people like you in my life. You’re amazing! Love your love! 💛
Omg thank you so much for the beautiful words Summer!! It's soo important to be around like minded humans and I am so happy my words resonated with you!! I am located in West Palm Beach so I am a few hours from you 🙂❤️ keep spreading that light girl!

I hope we can make a more friendly environmental change over the generations.
Hi thank you so much for sharing! It's so important to understand how each part of the body works synergisticly. Gut health is so important and definitely not spoken about enough. I wish you the best in your healing journey!
Hey lovely! I seen another TH-cam use a spray bottle to add the water element seems easier than pouring careful not to activate the steamer. Great video I love the idea of natural colorant.
That's a great tip!! Thanks so much for sharing 😁
Thanks for showing me this. Ive watch other videos and sone of the mistakes made here prove that what they say is true. It does help me to not make the same mistake. Also great attempt. Love the boldness
Thank you so much for your feedback! Just trying to be authentic and share my experiences 🥰

Good day, Angelina Vita. absolutely superb video. thank. :)
Thank you so much!! 😁
Totally gonna make some of these!!
Yess they're awesome! Thanks for watching Caitie 😁❣
Of course! Thanks for taking the time out to make videos like this so I can learn! ❤
The recipe is: 1 cup baking soda 1/2 cup citric acid 1/2 cup corn starch 100 drops of essential oils 2 tablespoons water coloring or dried flowers soap mold/ ice cube tray
Polysorbate 80 keeps the Essential Oils from being so slippery on the floor as the Steamer melts. Hope this helps.
@@christinajones7696 great tip thank you!!
Another tip: Witch Hazel instead of water. Put the Witch Hazel in a spray bottle and spray your ingredients 2-4 times to get the wet sand consistency.
@@Themindfullmama you are welcome.
