It's not dangerous to directly give 220Vac to the op amp through the resistors because the resistors are of very high impedance so the current flow is very little. Micro amperes.

@@NoumanAli actually mere pass ek autransformer hai jo 0-250 volts output deta nahi to mko uske Voltages ko read krna hai 0-250 maine zmpt101 sensor use kia but wo high voltage pe to shi kam karta but jse voltage 5v se kam hota hai correct voltage nahi output deta hai please ap btao kse mai autransformer ke voltage ko read kru jab autotransformer ka voltage 0 to zero aye aisehi mai gradually voltage increase karu or voltage show ho 220v tk
