I traded the bike for a go kart with no brakes nor a head gasket.

I actually had the same bike that I bought from a Spanish guy. The gear shifter was stripped. I took it to my foster fathers mechanic and found out the three of the four head bolts were stripped. No compression at all. I rode it any way. It was so bad that I couldn't get up the drive way. We had pin holes in the metal gas tank. We repaired them. We actually did a bunch of cosmetic repairs to the bike. I wanted to ride it so bad that I refused an offer that Miguel offered. I give my bike for a Harley Davidson 100cc that ran great. One of the biggest mistakes of my life.

Nice video! You made my day with the opening shots of the Suzuki RL250. I still have mine, I was the original and only owner. I bought it in 1975 from Dick Koo's Cycle in Harborcreek Pa. Just did a new top end and waiting for a few bucks to put on a new front fender. I don't see many of these I guess as a trials bike they weren't very popular until Beamish got them. I never rode trials but used it a lot of years for trail riding. At 73 it suits me just fine🙂. Thanks for the video.

Thanks forsharing this beautifull flight on a vintage husky and i remember when chuck sun rode these he would go very high over the jumps seen it in ealy vintage motocross magazine he would go as high as the sun

I recently restored a 1974 rl 250 Suzuki, I love these old bike's.

I saw the same era KTM have the same problem at the Concho Enduro back in 2008.

None of the bikes run properly there so lean no power weird very poorly running bike's
