How to Prime/Clean Airless Paint Sprayer Graco X7
The way to go ❤
The pump is shit
Straight to the point with no fluff. Thank you.
Thank you🎉🎉🎉
Short and to the point. Thanks for the tip
This is how all "How To" videos should be. Short, sweet, and to the point. Thanks for this video... I'm ready to spray my fence now. 🤗
@@angieporter4607 good luck my friend
Thanks a lot for your video. I was scared to do that on my own, bur now, after your good tips I am full of confidence. Great job 👍
Thanks
Roller better or squeeze
@@gurmeetbrah6841 squeegee all day
I’ve used the airport grade and it is crap! I followed directions but the material cracked the next day and the mixture did not cover the area. I had to buy double the amount.
That could sometimes happen. I've had a few driveways where it just didn't look good with one application.
Brake doesn't have to be on for it to start.
Brake clicks off once I start going forward
How long after power washing can you then apply the sealer??
It can still be a little damp but not soaking wet with puddles. I did it about 15 minutes after power washing
How many backets did you use for your space
Just 3
Matters on your sg ft I think a bucket covers like 347sq ft. Not 100 percent sure. It will show when you Google it . Will determine how big your drive way is
Great video
Just the quick explanation I needed thanks!!!
That’s a nice little rig 👌. Is that a DK2 ? I have one of those
Thanks 👍. I like it a lot. I've been using it as a solo landscape trailer too. It just barely fits my 42" zero turn and my 30" in commercial push. I love the versatility of it too. One day, I'm hauling mulch, next day my pressure washer set up, hauling junk, and landscaping
thanks :)
Just what I needed to know and nothing more. Excellent video.
how has this held up???
Still good. Maybe another year or 2 but our winters haven't been horrible so that's helped
Mine wasn’t working and I was about to give up on it. Thanks for the tip on turning the knob towards you!
Great video helped a lot boss
How much did you charge?
It was a neighbor. I got a 6k truck out of the job
Use a pair of vice grips to hold the blade. No need to remove the “guard” water deflector to change the blade.
Thank you for your video was very appreciated for the problem of Check Lint Screen
Do you know how to apply TSL ?
Perfect! Comprehensive and to the point. Thanks!
water hose connection on the pressure washer is in the worst spot possible but what really pisses me off is the annoying hose that keeps winding itself. If you get tired when you use this pressure washer it will be from fighting the damn hose. no matter how many times i twisted the hose straight it would wind up rolling itself and it is a massive struggle. good machine though.
Completely agree with hose placement. Same with the chemical injector. BTW, what I did was I got a Y dual hose splitter valve to alleviate that horrible position of the hose. Now it's much more easier for me to connect. Hope that helps! Just make sure keep 2nd valve opened until air purged or it will crack the adapter
Yours has a red shipping cap on pump mine has a yellow one and it isn’t a screw off. Idk if it’s the shipping cap or if mine has a breather cap. I can’t find a replacement anywhere either
Do you run it with a tank or with faucet?
Both my friend. Usually thru hose from homeowners but I have 2 tanks in case no water access
@@infinityhomeservices 🙋 does the tank have enough pressure or how is you set up
@dantec8854 Most of the time, it's gravity fed. Tanks in my truck bed and washing unit in trailer. I also have a pump in case I need to use a more gallon per minute unit.
Is that a foam squeegee?
No, they sell them with the product at homedepot.
Yea just a regular rubber squeegee I think 13 inches
Thank you so much for showing this!! I've been looking for a simple and specific video that shows the way to keep my dryer nice and running, I'm scared of how many screws I have to go through, but.. I will try!
You got this!
I could not start mine while the water was on. It worked either when the water was off or I pressed the gun consistently while pulling the trigger. It was extremely difficult to pull the trigger when the water was on. Any idea?
It could be that there is pressure built up in your lines. Every time you pull the cord to start, a little pressure is created after each unsuccessful crank start. You need to press the trigger to release that pressure. You can start the engine without water, but it could potentially damage your pump because that water helps cool the it. Thanks for comment!
@@infinityhomeservicesmy engine is back firing do you know why it would back fire? Also could you send me a video how to properly start up the machine.
@cswish4731 there might be a problem mechanically with the engine. How to start is simple. Make sure it's set for on, fuel shut is in on position to allow gas to flow from gas tank to engine, set the choke and lower the throttle a little above turtle. Make sure water is flowing into the unit. Start cranking with pull cord. Most of the time, your engine will turn on but at a lower rate. If it doesn't start, give it a few pulls just to get gas into the engine. Switch off choke, and higher the throttle. Don't forget each crank creates pressure in the hose line so you'll have to release that by pulling the water pistol trigger. I hope this helps and good luck.
@@infinityhomeservices do you know why the engine keeps backfiring? I turn it off with the kill switch and when I go to turn back on the engine backfires
We have a flar gravel driveway approx 80 sq metres in Melnourne Australia. Is your product available in Australia? Can it be used to cover our pebble drive? Brian C
It has to be asphalt my friend
Can the prime paint go back In the same bucket where the paint is being sucked out?
I try not to spray anything in my paint bucket. I try to completely keep that untouched except whatever getting sucked up. Always an extra pale my friend.
Have now used this to clean house siding and it performed well th-cam.com/users/postUgkx43QMbQqu67IZadu9ou8Sg1BdrunMRNqX I also bought some wand extensions which enabled higher washing without needing a ladder. I recommend both. This unit arrived quickly, was easy to assemble (only had to attach the handle), and arrived in perfect condition. The only very slight downgrade from a perfect score is the design has a low handle and requires pulling from the side. My old washer was an upright model, while this one is more horizontal. Other than that, it's perfect for my needs. It has a great deal of pressure and more easily cleaned the house siding, porch rails and concrete than did my older model. The engine is a bit louder, as well, but the total time to clean was reduced by the more powerful spray. Did I mention it starts on the first or second pull every time?!! I am definitely happy with this model.
Best video of this on TH-cam. Thank you
Nice job. Thanks for showing me how it’s done.👍🏻
Does your front grip on the spray gun rotate?
Yes it does. You need the additional quick connect swivel to really take advantage of it. I'm not too fond on the gun. My MiTM gun is basic but has withstood the rigorous season over and over again. The plastic Dewalt, I feel like eventually the chems will eat at it
Do you mix sealcoating with sand so it won’t be any slippery or you don’t need to
Yes. I'll put a little in and give it a stir. Not much maybe a cup. There is sand already in it but adding def helps. Thanks for comment
@@infinityhomeservices gotcha thanks 🙏
Don't need too. It's rubberized.
Didn't you try loosening the engine mounting bolts to see if you could swing the engine pump unit to provide more clearance for those connections???
Nope I didn't want to mess up my warranty
@@infinityhomeservices who is going to be able to discern that the mounting bolts have been loosened unless there are pain dobs at the bolt head and nut interface with the housing.
it still good after one year of use? blessings
The 2nd one has been much better! The first one did not last one season but that could have been my fault using a shut off valve and not properly cleaning after down streaming.
@@infinityhomeservices thanks I just buy it, still not have use it, any advice?
Word of advice for future people - anytime you are purging air out of any pressure washer - I’d suggest not doing it with any of the tips on the gun. Not only does is restrict the water flow but now anything that could have gotten in the hose after you had it stored away would clog the tiny orifice of the nozzle, and they aren’t always easy to clean out. Bugs, small debris, any sediment or dried undissolved minerals left behind by the water from pervious use. Its just a very simple way to avoid a possible headache.
Agreed. You can shoot the tip out hundreds of feet. Ive seen power washers put holes in siding and windows when purging air thru with tip on . I only did this because I knew system was brand new
What’s the original price for this unit?
I think 879 I paid plus tax
omg the amount of screws is ridiculous..im thinking of just shoving it out the back door and getting another one. no bells and whistles this time..just plain jane
I know it can be tough but my advice I'd try and if goes bad, at least you can say you did. I had to just keep mine functional a few more months
Dakota? 07?
Yeah well 06 but basically same model. I miss that truck. Perfect work truck. Now rocking 2019 Ford Ranger
Bro thank you for this quick setup video.
what would happen if few months later someone hit it with a surface cleaner pr pressure washer ?
I wouldn't recommend. Green tip from a safe distance 👌
Hey what kind of gas did u put in it😊
Regular gas. I prefer super since burns hotter/cleaner
super you think is better for how long the 2:10 machines life lasts?
i just got one of these at an auction. There is alot of vibration in the handle, and in the stream. You can see it in the surface you are cleaning also. What do you think? Does anybody elses do this? Is it starving for water?
It's all about the sound if it is starving for water and pressure would significantly show when pressing the trigger. Check all connections and also rubber feet on bottom
Jesus Christ finally a how to video without a speech and an sponser mention
