It's absolutely gorgeous,,,, in so many ways revolutionary BUT and it's so easy to fix it,,, THE GLASS panel at the level of the staircase it's so UGLY,it doesn't look good at all,it should be just a regular metal one ,,,the rest is FANTASTIC....!!!!!

Beautiful listing this time. Very well appointed home. Nashville is a lovely and fun city. Good luck getting a buyer for this one. Shouldn't be hard.

Thank you, so at the age of 66 years old. I thought I'd never find a 3 story home/ Condo/ Lux apartment style home that offered the modern features with a contemporary style. With an elevator? are you kidding me? It offers small community, safety, pool and private roof top patio. Three floors of fun with views and entertainment. I've found heaven. But the price oh my! You can't take it with you. But you have checked all my boxes. Close to all the amenities one would need. Truly a generational past down to accommodate the one's to follow. Better than 1-5 acre's and 6-9 k Sq foot property that would demand a unique buyer if you need to sell. Scale of 1-10 you have exceeded and 11 is the conversation. 5/22/24

Not to mention the bargain basement countertops. Contractor tiles in the bath. Disgusting for that kind of money.

That is a garbage house for nearly $1M. Half finished, cheap carpet and mismatched doors on the main level. Garbage listing!

Beautiful house! Though I can't imagine having no usable land with a single family home. Nowhere to let pets out. A house that comes with privacy glass so you're not seeing into the house next door 6-feet away. Neighborhoods like this are flagrant cash grabs. Stuff as many homes as the developer possibly can to yield the highest profits.

It's absolutely gorgeous and everything is top notch, The kitchen and the living room are beautiful and cozy,,, the master bathroom is exquisite BUT and sorry to say it again to the builders, the bath tub seems too small I don't know why they don't install comfortable one, it's still a desirable thing to have in a very nice house like this one,,,,👍👍👍👍...!!!

Absolutely gorgeous,,, the front entry veranda is beautiful,it provides privacy and it's very classy, well everything is fantastic in this house, but I don't see why the trim color is the same as the kitchen cabinets,in my opinion it made it look shorter which is okay,I would've done it just white, anyway this is the 3rd house i noticed in West Meade and frankly this area had surpassed Brentwood in beauty and the other areas in and around Nashville....👍👍👍👍👍!!!

crazy how houses are becoming mansions and turning half million dollar homes to 3 plus million dollar homes but the house is beautiful

The Craftsman Residential home is lovely but who wants your master bedroom to be next to a school parking lot? what were they thinking when they picked that site for that house?

The first one while pretty I can't put myself in the shoes of the buyer for these types of places. The ROI for a small 2br condo at 1.1m has to be next to nothing. Can't even imagine what the condo/hoa fees are on top of that. The second and third are goooorgeous! Love the primary bathroom of the second one and it comes with a musician! ;) Thanks for the tours! You always show such pretty places

Where is it located?

Having lived in Europe some town houses of this quality would be in the € 10 millions, everything is absolutely beautiful,,,, but the decorating and the staging is somehow flimsy,it should've included some window treatments and it's too rigid and stern....!!!!

It's a truly nice house and has a lot of goodies,I mean a LOT,,,, only one thing looks unfinished to me and to my girlfriend , the master bathroom glass panel ,I personally never liked that kind of stand alone glass, it's MUCH better with hinges and a door,,,, it's personal, some people might like it,,,, but over all it's worth the money 👍,,,,!!!!

Wow,,,, it's probably and without exaggerating the most beautiful house in the Nashville area, even in Atlanta GA and Charlotte NC I didn't see anything as charming as this,, the master bedroom could use some wood work,but A + for the choice of the dining table,,,👍👍👍...!!!

I just watched the video again with a friend from Long Island NY,,,, he said " the outside is actually unique; it has at the same time a traditional classic look and modern contemporary " , the inside could be decorated anyway you want to be" of course he's a new Yorker so it's easy for him,,, for me it's beautiful enough,,,!!

Nice home.... wrong location... I see 800K in its future with the train in the back yard... busy road behind it... and businesses... and/or condo living behind the busy road... they want 2+Ms for this terrible location... better have sound proof windows and when the train pass by you don't hear or feel it passing by... if it ever de-rails, b/c it US rails, will they cover the cost of the home... insurance got to take that into consideration... LOL

It's a beautiful house and high marks for the decorating and the decorator, it's simple and elegant,,, except for one thing; it seems like there isn't enough room to hang the TV on top of the fireplace,,, the outside is gorgeous,,,,👍!!!!
