I really enjoy your workout with the foam roller and I wish you can share more like this even little more advanced including with light weight combinations- as for the time 20-30 mi. Is always my preference and it works perfect every morning before I go to work--thanks

Hahhaha as a Pilates instructor I’ll answer you by sayin your hamstrings and deep core muscles will get you back up again ;) But to stay real , I’ll tell you that if you have to try it and you may have a little bit of fun doing it ;)
