Its so nice to play a rally game thats fun. I guess there no denying mankind needs to improve and evolve in terms of control methods and recreating real life graphics. But dang bro! Give me fun, I aint no Colin McRae. I aint comitting my life to becoming a racing driver. Three Codemasters Rally games came out in 2003/04. Graphics cards came out every 6 months. Aaaaa well.

So glad I got use a Group B vehicle because im nowhere in Championship mode in these. My worst nightmare - Greece the very first rally. It was understeer city and even when I was slow and careful I was 10secs off pace. Sadge.

Compared to the 4WD Citreon this car is smooth swift and nicer in the corners at speed. GG's.

Watching this stage, all the muscle memory comes flooding right back. It's funny you make small mistakes in the exact same places I remember making mistakes back then, like misjudging the "left over railway", or smashing the sign just before the finish 😄

Amazing how little these games have changed since Colin McRae Rally 3.

Why did nobody tell me I could turn on DSR in nVidia control panel, then record and play in 1440p, even though I own a 1080p Monitor. Hope this looks like the original 1080p gameplay quality. 4K Lets go!
