NIIIIIIIIIICE!!! What an absolutely gorgeous piece of property! I’m almost scared to ask the price, especially considering how insanely ridiculous, stupidly expensive real estate prices have gotten in and around Asheville to basically everywhere within an hours drive away from it. I sincerely thought I’d never see the day when a 6/7000sq ft house on 15 acres or less would be $10 Million or more. Or that 5/6000 sq ft one on like 5/6 acres (I think) that they were initially asking like $35 Million for!!! Nice? Sure. But ain’t neither one of them *THAT* nice!! I’m beginning to think that either area realtors think they’re in Los Angeles OR a few realtors from there got seriously lost & still think they’re there.
