Magnolia Hearth and Hand DIY Dollhouse - BOHO Style
มุมมอง 6K4 ปีที่แล้ว
We tried to build a old school Victorian doll house kit (with like 1000s of pieces) and gave up quickly (selling it on FB market). But, our daughter's birthday was soon and we wanted to get her a dollhouse so we decided to order the Magnolia Hearth and Hand Dollhouse from Target and BOHO it up giving it a fresh DIY Anthropology like look. We added wallpaper from www.wallpaperfromthe70s.com and ...
Humane Chicken Butchering 101 - Wild Rebel Farmhouse
มุมมอง 1.6K5 ปีที่แล้ว
In this video you will see a start to finish guide on how to butcher a chicken. The gutting process is covered in great detail to assist in that potentially difficult step. Taking the life of your animals is challenging, however it is a life skill that we believe everyone should learn. In today's modern society we have little to no connection with out food and we rely on the current food system...
Morning Chores on our Homestead Farm - Wild Rebel Farmhouse
มุมมอง 3.4K5 ปีที่แล้ว
In this video we document our typical morning ritual, complete with our dog, Charlie, chasing our ducks and in general running around like a crazy man. You'll see a bunch of our farm and all of our chickens, cows and ducks. Probably a few cats as well. Nature is so beautiful and we feel very blessed to be able to have our own plot of land and animals to raise. Check out our website: www.wildreb...
Former Vegetarian Butchers Chickens
มุมมอง 3685 ปีที่แล้ว
In this video we discuss why, this former vegetarian and family, raise and butcher chickens. You will also see a overview of the process and the day. It is a bittersweet day for us as we have been with our chickens every day of their lives. We are joined by some new friends who wanted to learn how to butcher chickens. The day doesn't go without mishaps, but it was a productive day (tiring too)....
A Legacy Left - Our First Auction
มุมมอง 2725 ปีที่แล้ว
We just recently went to our first auction. It was a estate auction with items dating back to the early 1800s. We saw some truly amazing books, documents and furniture. It was a bit sad walking through the house, thinking of all the history it has seen and then realizing that it was being parceled off. But it was also kind of exciting as there were some really unique items there and we had neve...

Great video
👍Incredible Job! 🙂 Stay blessed! 👍 Keep it up! 🙂 God bless you abundantly forever 🙂
My daughter butchers all our birds but I’m helping her today so…. I’m back!!!!! 😆 I always watch your video before every butchering. It’s SO well done!
Awww I’m so glad it’s so helpful!
Why are you not hitting it in the head first?
Out of curiosity what do you do with the origins after?
Processing roosters tomorrow so had to watch again. Hands down the best video on processing chickens out there!!! Thanks again guys!
thank you! i hope turkey processing went well for you! we’ve also got some turkeys to process this month.
You can go ahead and unsubscribe from the How To Renovate A Chateau channel. You and your disgusting, bad faith politics aren't welcome there.
Did this sell? And are all these properties in TN?
Yes this property sold summer 2020, and yes all the properties are in TN. Are you looking to relocate to Tn?
How many acres do you have?
:(
I’m really grateful for this informative video! My life goal is to be completely self sufficient, raise my own crops, my own chickens, pigs and cows... you are an inspiration for me!! You gained a new subscriber!
How’s the journey going???
Lovely videos! Keep it up <3
Excellent video for first timers! Thanks guys!! From Nova Scotia Canada
thank you so much!!! how's the weather up there?
@@wildheartfarm just saw this now (August 2022, watching again for chicken processing day tomorrow). Weather is HOT!!!!
I am so in sync with your thoughts! I live in France, many of our friends have VERY old and beautiful houses, one of them is even from the early middle age (14th century). Each time I visit this house in particular I get emotionnal when I see the old stairs of used stone, so very old that each step is dug in the middle by thousands of feet that went up and down across the centuries... The house you showed in your video ist very beautiful! I hope that the new owners will restaure it respectfully, and not destroy the beauty and harmony of its construction!
Thanks for watching. We hope to do more videos like this. We checked up on the house recently and so far they haven't done anything. Really hoping it gets taken care of and restored.
Awesome video. Thank you for sharing this.
Glad you enjoyed it!
This was a wonderful instructional video. By any chance, do you process larger ducks? I own Muscovy ducks and would like to humanely grow and eat my own birds. This video was the best I have found so far and gives me the confidence that I will not waste a life to learn how to do it. I would love to learn how to do a larger duck, like a Muscovy, before trying it myself. You guys are doing it right, please keep sharing!
We have ducks, but haven’t processed any. They are our daughter egg layers. Hopping to get some meat ducks in spring. She’s not too happy when my husband says they look tasty lol 😂 I’m so glad you found this video helpful!!!
@@wildheartfarm Muscovy ducks are not great egg layers but they are great mamas and great meat birds. I have been told their meat is the leanest of the ducks and the taste is closer to sirloin than poultry. If I ever get to process my own, I'll share my opinion with you. Thanks again for sharing what you do!
Thank you!!!! Very helpful.
Glad it was helpful!
Great video! Thank you so much.
So glad you liked it!
I was referred to your video from Nature's Always Right and I wanted to say thank you for making such an informative video. I was a bit daunted by the idea of butchering chickens but it looks much more achievable than I was expecting :)
It’s totally doable! If you’ve got anyone in your area who homesteads and does meat birds, offer to help them the next time they butcher. Hands on experience is definitely helpful. However we started doing it ourselves with really no hands on experience for the gutting part at all, lots of video watching and then later our friend Stacy featured in this video started helping us butcher and she gave my husband lots of good points and tips to help him.
Love Love Love the process! You are very creative and the final result is amazing! You inspired me and I’m off to find the same dollhouse and an assistant who is so willing like yours! 😂
Yay’ it’s such a fun process! My daughter had loved her doll house over the past year...many hours of playing. I’m thinking I need to make her some more furniture 🪑 as her calico critter doll family has expanded a lot and they need more beds to sleep on lol 😂
im aboutta subscribe your family and farm is so adorable but i just gotta ask out of curiosity what do you mean floppy has all her toes? why dont the other ones have all their toes? it made me crack up hearing yall say that 😂❤️
Josefa Fonseca Lol because floppy’s sister lost one of her toes when she was a little baby chic, she got hurt and we had to amputate it....she made an amazing recovery and lived in our house for a month while recovering and her name is Annie! But she and her sisters floppy and floppy 2 look just like her, so we know which one is Annie based on if she’s missing a toe or not lol 😂
Just watched your interview with Natures always right. Really enjoyed you guys and what your doing at your farm. Hope to see more videos on all that you guys talked about. Maybe one of the homesteaders I watch shares about essential oils, id love to see more . I think you guys have a lot to share !!❤ i just subscribed
Thank you! Yes, we have 6 videos filmed and just needing some editing. Just been a really crazy year and things haven't gone how we planned...
The owner of the farmhouse and her home had exquisite taste. It would have been nice to see photo journals of who they were and the attire they wore.
New sub
Very informative! Thanks so much! Will use this next week for my first time!
Did you have to put a top coat over the chalk paint? Sorry, if you said that in the video and I didn’t hear it.
Elizabeth Kelm yes! I guess that part Anthony cut lol 😂 in making a coordinating blog post with detailed steps! I coated the chalk painted items with poly instead of the wax finish that is normally used, I find a water based poly holds up better!
We loved watching the progress and dancing to the background music. Emi is in love with it, but wondered where Pepper was during the making of it. I had to tell her it was a surprise for her birthday! 🎉 Well done, mama! It’s beautiful!!
Elizabeth Kelm haha yep! It was a birthday surprise! 😆😃🥰
Thanks for this detailed video I feel like I could totally do this now!
Great job you guys, I hope I can join in the fun someday soon!
Totally!! Can’t wait to have you for our butcher day next year 😂😀
I love how you made butchering of into a community event! You made it look like fun!
Blessed CP awww thanks 🙏 🥰🥰next year I guess we are gonna do a couples workshop retreat!
That house! Wow. I love your auction video and looking at the beautiful treasures. But it is also sad seeing so much history and private possessions being sold off. Thanks for sharing.
What a fun day! All those treasures, each with a story to be told. If only walls could talk!
Yeah it was quite the adventure since we had never been to a auction before. Lots of amazing history there.
Suggestion on video editing: lower music level when you talking (voice got lost in music) - . good start on channel !!!
Vlad Roman thanks for the suggestion! Will do. ❤️🥰and thank you!
LOVE IT!
LOVE YOUR VIDEOS! AWESOME JOB!
Awesome video y'all! I loved watching! Can't wait for the next one😁
Thank you. We hope to have it up soon.
