Hello. The radio is on to your left side just below the music player. Unfortunately you can't add the radio to the right side window.

Hello. Try the below before you update as for the exact version I haven't uploaded it yet. After you install TLINK5 connect your unit to a stable internet (hotspot or wifi) and it should be activated. Should you need to update your firmware let me know and I will upload the right firmware for your unit.

For that one make sure you have the right firmware and do a clean install. You reinstall the firmware by switching off the system and see whether it works. completely remove the power socket wait for a minute then reattach and see whether it will work

Hello, what I have are not versions but packages for different units. Like I have a package for firmware, launchers apps etc. If you either use Paypal or Buymecoffee you just need to specify the package and I'll send all the files included in that package

Find wires on the back and ground wire named key 1(Connect the wire to the chassis of the radio or negative wire) and have the right ts10 firmware on the root of a USB and connect to 1 USB cable, force the unit to restart by disconnecting the power cable. the unit should restart in upgrade mode

Yes you can but doing so may brick your device or make it slow. You might also need to use a PC and the right firmware

Replied to you by email. If you followed the instructions and you didn't see the setting pip then I am afraid that your unit might not support the windowed theme. The firmware I have is the same as the one you have. You can try the no-window theme

Yes, It will work perfectly. Go to factory settings, password 123456, then scroll down till you see something like PIP and activate, restart the unit and see whether you have the window
