I loved this interview. Podcast form lends itself to our politicians looking more “normal” (less scripted talking points). I would say this motivated me to buy her book, but I already did & finished it 2wks ago. & Nancy (& her handlers) if u see this… I loved the book, but can’t wait for ur memoir. U r a true icon & and an example of what can be accomplished w/focus, determination & and true sense of WHY/WHO u do what u do. U will be an example of what hard work & purpose can do for not just my 7yo daughter but also my 8yo son. Thank u for ur service to our country.😘🤣

For instance, if you think things cost a lot today, if Donald Trump adds tariffs, expect prices to rise xx%. Then explain what tariffs really are - taxes on consumers. For instance, Walmart buys television sets from China for normally, $500 each. Trump adds a 20% tariff on the product, now the TV set costs Walmart $600. And that's before their markup. Who is going to pay that extra $100? It's not going to be Walmart.

Price gouging is REAL! Several companies have admitted it. They can do it because of the monopolies who own everything. Don't act like it's not true. And no, it won't stifle anything to go after them. Even if it did, think of the benefit of that money in the hands of the many. More people, more opportunities for innovation. Chicken littles!!!!

It's hard to believe that there is less inflation in the US due to greed or whatever. I have been visiting there all my life and I could not believe the price of food! I live in Canada where things are expensive but the food prices are out of this world there .

During one of her speeches,she announced that she will take on the big supermarket chains on price gouging.The next day, Walmart reduced the prices on 7k of their products. This is how it will be done when she is President. The Mooch is right with his analysis on this..
