I started to slowly lose my hair about 2 weeks after i started treatment. it got gradually worse every day and i came to a point where i was scared to take a shower because i thought all my hair would fall out. When i did take a shower i was losing alot of hair and I was like "okay this is it" and i shaved it off the next day to like 1mm. It was tough and scary but I was so glad I did it. The next day I took a shower again and I lost almost all of the remaining hair. Had this happened while I still had my long hair it would've been very traumatic (even more than it already was). So shaving my head was the best decision. So i can definitely second everything you're saying in this video. Losing your hair is an awful experience expecially for young women, so taking control over it before it takes control over you is absolutely the best thing you can do.

I really want to try the Gradual tanning lotion! All those mousses are too much work 😩 I need a nice lotion that goes on smoothly, doesn’t transfer and smells pretty good, as well. Something to put on every three days just to maintain a subtle tan. I’m super pale and I never really want to be too dark either. Just not look like a ghost, that’s my goal 😃

I am worried about the wig affecting the hair growth. Could wearing a wig affect hair growth?

I've recently ended my cancer treatment in June and although I'm looking forward to restarting work and my life again, it is so scary to leave the protective bubble. I worry about being tired all the time, or people laughing at me if they realize I'm wearing a wig. I was invited to go on a girls trip and was hesitant but your video has convinced me to go. Hearing about your experience has made me feel less anxious.

I'm so happy seeing you do well. We both had cancer at around the same time, I had PMBCL Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. I remember searching for other people who are going though it and I found your IG and TH-cam channel. You have no idea how much your attitude regarding treatment and living with cancer has helped me at that time. I can relate to everything, literally EVERY THING you describe in this video. Gosh hearing your story reminds me when my hair fell out right after my first chemo. Its been 3 months now since ive finished my sessions. Cant wait for my hair to grow. I know our health is more important but honestly it really is stressful. Greetings from cyprus

Thanks for sharing! I'm in the middle of the waiting game and I'm just worried about paying for all of this. My insurance does not pay for fertility stuff so that just wouldn't be an option for me. So much of my medical experience has been controlled by my doctor being afraid to order scans because insurance usually denies them. The US health care system is super sucko.

I have been using The Gradual for a couple years now, and i have to say, i looove it. It leaves my skin super soft, its so hydrating. And it just works so well for me. When summer is right around the corner I'm just too pale to jump right into a self tanner and this is just perfect. And over the summer when i actually do get some tan from the sun The Gradual just kicks it up a notch. I just cant say enough about it. Its my holy grail.
