We have had that issue in the past. We had squirrels eating our scotch bonnets...crazy critter! The birds like to dirt bath in the squash, too. I sometimes consider caging the whole shebang lol

I had a friend run a $8k scanner tool these were the codes that we got. U1202 C0140 CAN Bus ground fault. Does water get into the passenger footwell during heavy rains?

@@Ķųțťþ no, we have no leaks anywhere. Had a cutlass that did that though. I will ask him if he got any codes and ask if they match yours

Hey there, wanted to get back with you. If you have this same sound, it's called a spark knock because it is an electrical issue. This means when it gets hot and shudders, you get that racket. We never threw a code. Our coil pack was faulty. When it heated up, it would expand and lose contact. And of course would go back to fine when cool. I hope this helps your problem ✌😊

Check fuel trims. Sounds like a lean condition. If there's no vacuum leaks, check for steady pressure from the fuel pump. I would check it with a lab scope, but if you don't have one available, or don't know how to use one, try a manual fuel pressure gauge and look for a flutter on the needle.

Thank you so much for all the info. We ran into more than we knew how to look for and took it to our mechanic. This is our first subaru and sho ain't no Chevy lol, we were skittish to go snooping.

And it doesn't act up til it gets warm. We wondered if that could be the cause, as we had a honda that acted similarly. I appreciate your input, it is giving me stuff to check 🤘

Ginger, 5 spice, black and regular garlic, red pepper powder, minced onion, and msg. I also add in rice wine vinegar and ponzu. The original recipe only calls for ginger and 5 spice though

1 roll of sausage and 2 bags of the slaw mix makes 20. You need a tablespoon each of ginger and 5 spice. Bout half tablespoon of rice wine vinegar and ponzu. You can stop there, but I like adding in garlic and msg (2 or so tablespoons, I don't really measure) and any other spices you like. Fry your sausage, add the slaw mix and spices, cook down til cabbage wilts. They fry in about 4 minutes, flip a couple times. Sometimes that's a pain in the ass and you gotta hold em there for a sec. I recommend tongs (gotta click em twice when you pick em up lol)

Hey, they are really worth your while. Even our indoor plants show a marked difference with rainwater compared to the hose. Really helps during dry months, too
