Bonjour, je possède ce vélo depuis maintenant 3 semaines et je constate un défaut qui a mes yeux est relativement dangereux avant de rentrer dans un virage, quant j'arête de pédalée ou que je freine le moteur me donne un coup de booste d'environ 1 seconde a une seconde et demis est-ce normale ? est il possible de pouvoir régler ce défaut ? je travaille sur paris et aux milieu de la circulation c'est parfois très chaud quand je freine d'urgence.

How can I drive without pedal
Can i drive without pedals
If you purchase the product in Europe, due to relevant European policies and regulations, our product does not have moped mode, because moped mode requires you to have a relevant driving certificate. If you are in the United States, Canada and other American regions, our product will come with an accelerator, and you can contact customer service to request an installation video to use moped mode.
How do I turn on the little light
After turning on the device, long press "+" to turn on/off the lights.
How i can put the bike to moped mode
If you purchase in Europe, due to local policies and regulations, our products do not have moped mode, because if you want to have moped mode, you need a driver's license, etc. If you purchase in the United States or Canada, you can contact customer service to ask for the method of using moped mode.

the wires coming up to the handlebars are all going into the proper places but there is one that is capped off it is a small orange round 3 pin plug does anyone know what this is for could it be for a throttle would much appreciate any help in this matter
Hello, that cable is reserved for the accelerator interface. If you don’t need to install it, you can tie it with other cables.

How to remove the battery from the frame?
You can remove and replace the battery according to the following procedures. 1. Turn the key to the left as far as it will go. Go to the "PUSH" position. 2. Push the battery out along the battery track. 3. Align the battery slot with the slot on the battery rail 4. Push the battery down until it fully contacts the slide rail 5. Turn the key all the way to the right.

P01 (brightness adjustment) P02 kilometers switch P03 speed limit default: 25 P04 power drive P06 automatic cruise function P07 restore factory settings However, it is not recommended to modify it casually, because incorrect parameters may cause bicycle malfunctions. If you need specific values, you can contact customer service to ask for parameter values.
The settings menu operation is as follows: 1. Press and hold "+" and "-" at the same time to enter the general settings menu 2. Enter the settings menu page and click the "Power Button" to switch to different setting options. 3. Enter the setting item and click "+" or "-" to switch the setting item parameters. 4. Press the "power button" twice to cancel or return to the previous level 5. Press and hold "+" and "-" at the same time to return to the home page. Stay on the page without any operation. After 8 seconds, it will automatically exit the settings menu and return to the home page.

I bought a new one I charged the battery for 4hrs I turned the display on it shows 0 battery 🪫 Any help Please.
We are very sorry for this situation. Could you please check whether your display parameter P03 is wrong? (Different models of bicycles have different parameters, you can send the bicycle model). If the P03 parameter is wrong, the display will not be able to show the battery, even if the bicycle is fully charged.

Just put this bike together had trouble putting the kick stand on the bolts wldnt hold, bt had replacement laying arnd. So it wasn’t a big deal. Excited to get it on the road.!
Did you try screwing it from the front if so you need to put the stand bracket behind the frame bracket and screw it in this way.
Was just about to say I had same problem, but you just answered it .. I'm having problems getting the throttle to work any help it's connected but ... No power
Now I'm definitely getting this bike. The music put me over the edge.
Don’t get not a good bike at all. It just looks good. The motor on mine burned out with less then a 100miles on it got a E 10 code that was unfixable since this company doesn’t have replacement parts or upgrade parts.

hi. i just finished installing the bike,but when i tried it for the first time, it has metal squeezing sound (dunnow how to exactly describe it) especially when i tried to spin the wheels.. iam not sure if its normal..
