NOSFERATU IS COMING! - Trailer Reaction
มุมมอง 5683 หลายเดือนก่อน
The new Robert Egger movie, and much anticipated at that, is finally coming... NOSFERATU! In 2024 too. So excited. This movie looks like it smacks.
We had a Hutt Jedi in Legends but no one gives a crap about it
Movie
Origins Wolverine isn't that bad imo but ok
I used to love it as a kid… but hasn’t aged well in my eyes unfortunately
Her Voice💀💀💀
He was in fact not dead.
Didn't know it then but the impossible is possible in the Like A Dragon universe :)
So many bad ones that could've been on here 🤣
That’s why there’s a part 2 coming :)
A great sacamafise
Doing DC movies next week and it’s even worse so thanks :)
A part 2 to this is coming later this year but next week we're covering seven of the worst DC movies, so stayed tuned for that!
hey moron, there fox not just marvel
The Worst of the Worst Marvel Movies Have Gotta Be: Howard the Duck (1986) Captain America (1990) The Fantastic Four (1994) Elektra (2005) Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance (2011) Fant4stic (2015) Dark Phoenix (2019) Madame Web (2024)
There’s gonna be a part two in about a month and a half. Plenty of bad stuff to consume in the world, and good, fortunately.
I'm not sure whats worse - the Acolyte show or these idiots hating on it as a part of their podcast - trolling is all you have? -That's not a flex..... Go find something else thats interesting instead of tearing down somebody else's work. 🙄
And for the record, I didn't find the show particularly entertaining - but I didn't stick around watching something just to 💩on it - change the channel
I also highly recommend Chaplin's best short film, A Dog's Life (1918). This really showcases the classic Chaplinesque storytelling style that he would use in his full-length masterpieces like City Lights and The Gold Rush. The version with Chaplin's score can be found by search for "a dog's life adrian a" on YT.
This show felt strange
You're not alone thinking that.
They literally went out of their way to MAKE SURE this fat guy got his screen time. Literally has nothing to do with the show, has nothing to do with anything. Just “let’s put the camera on the fat Jedi real quick”
And he never showed up again! It's just pandering for the sake of crossing off a checklist. There's no reason a jedi should look like that when they train their whole lives to be warriors. Mentally and physically superior warriors. How? I don't get it.
Well if you ain’t know hell in Star Wars basically is jus a planet that your banished to for 7 years before you can enter “heaven”
Yeah I mean it’s so bad, even if it was used in Empire Strikes Back. A term having been used in a great movie doesn’t in anyway change the fact that there’s no reason for anyone in this sci-fi/fantasy to be using a colloquial term like that that hasn’t been established in any way shape or form. It’s bad writing, plain and simple.
@@TunezCottage I mean I see where you come from and tbh yes it was a little out of place but rly what could she have said that was better like see you later chump
There's a lot, I mean she doesn't need to say anything. I know the writers think everyone watching has 40 IQ but just a little smile or a head tilt would be enough. She could even say something like "see you down there." I mean there are so many better options.
Great video, subbed. I recommend checking out some Zatoichi films next time.
Thanks appreciate it! Will do, my list of samurai movies to watch has grown pretty large so plenty to work with for next go-around.
Even the delivery was just awful! This franchise really had no direction with either its acting, or it's characters!
Yeah, a finale is the cream on top of any quality show. This was like being served a shit milkshake the whole time.
Y'all will find any reason to complain. Petty, toxic "fans".
:)
@@TunezCottage It's embarrassing, dude. You even got called out in real time and then tried to walk it back with BS non-context. Oof.
:)
@@TunezCottage🤡
Han Solo, episode 5: “then I’ll see you in hell” Not defending acolyte, but the terminology has been used before
Using it badly makes all the difference. I’ll admit I am wrong about my complaint but the fact that one sentence rips you entirely out of the immersion where ESB doesn’t, speaks volumes by itself.
That is just making excuses @@TunezCottage
Telling it like I see it.

Many of the scenes from Scarface feature Osgood Perkins,, father of Psycho star Anthony Perkins.
He was great as Lovo! Didn't put it together that they were directly related so thank you for that. I will get around to a week of Hitchcock and Orson Welles eventually, so we'll be covering some of his son's movies too.

There is a whole movie called Renfield, with Nic Cage as Dracula, get that in your eyeballs.
Oh yeah I know about it, it's on my list of movies for when we do a whole week of Nic Cage on the channel. That should be coming within the year :)
A clip from Nosferatu scared the bejeezus out of me as a little kid in the eighties, nightmares for weeks. See if you know which clip it was....
Either the coffin rise on the ship (that one's creepy as all hell) or it'd be when Hutter sees Orlak standing across the hall. The coffin rise has to take it for me though, it's iconic!
@@TunezCottage Good try, all very uncanny scenes, but it was the shadow on the stairs. His movements and silhouette are incredibly alien.
@@antdowd918 Oh good one! Seems Robert Eggers is going to be using that shadow in his new version a bit. It's by far the coolest effect in the film.
@@TunezCottage Eggers is making a Nosferatu?! I'm sold, I LOVE the Lighthouse!
@@antdowd918 Coming end of the year :) His movies are fantastic!
Gone With the Wind is my absolute favorite movie. I watch it once a year
I see why! I grew up on North & South and so this movie ticked every box for me
Where can I watch these movies?
If it’s old enough it’ll be on TH-cam for free. Some you can find on Tubi and Amazon has a good number of classics too :)
@@TunezCottage oh, thank you! :)
This week I'm watching all movies made before 1940, will be covering those in a video coming on Sunday. I was thinking of making the theme for next week either horror, or more specifically slashers. Let me know what you guys want to see me cover :)
The Acolyte-Disney’s latest Star Wars disaster, made by retards for retards.
This whole series in incompetent writing... then again what do you expect when you prioritise woke idiocy, DEI, and social politics over compitent writters who actually know the history and lore of the franchise?..
Agreed. It seems Disney lost the plot along the way. That’s what the focus of my reviews here are about, to highlight the lack of quality present in this show and just how sad it is to see the writing in the drain like this.
@@TunezCottage When you have writers and directors who have been paraphased as saying Anakin blew up the death star then you know its going to be a shit show... and I wasnt disappointed...
never hear of a youngling? and guess what the jedi can feel what the youngling will do. jesus christ
best comment today, thank you for brightening my night
Remember when lightsaber where rare and very important?
I remember when they were important to a Jedi. Now the color is for “aesthetics” according to Headland…
Its star wards... Ofc its stupid.
Calm down Fandom menace
Oh look another sheep ......
People are allowed to have opinions and call out the idiocy in this series... whats wrong princess cant handle people with differeing POVs?.. you need a hug?.. maybe a tampon?..
There's a theory from years and years a go that jedi can activate/deactivate the saber with the force. If that theory is correct then it's not the activation so much as pressing a button using the force. If that's also true a jedi master could effortlessly hold the button in place, seeing as she's also untrained.
If that was true then Luke wouldn’t have been able to turn on the saber in ANH, or Grievous in… anything. So I doubt it. The button is probably practical, in which case of course you could use the force to do it but what’s the point?
Disney
Yeah… Disney…
