When it comes to improving, you need to struggle. You need to wobble. And you need to fail. That is how your body learns. Great job 👏
Everything has a beginning
Interesting episode. I'm not a fan of the widget. Can't put it on my dominant hand by myself and it would slide from where I need the support so I found that it didn't help at all. But I like the exercise variations! Also wondering if she went to London when I went. (Lord Mayer of Westminster New Year's Day Parade.) One of the other groups did Elvis so very possible I was on the same trip as Brandi! 🙂
I will find out about when she was there. I thought of you with the exercises. Something you could even do now 😊
So are you supposed to actually do a bridge? Or just stay in the tabletop
Hi. That’s a great question! You don’t need to go to the bridge. The work comes from the hip extension and table top with a reach. That said, you can also try it to a full bridge after you pause in table top and then move back around to the plank. The key is listening to your body: what does it feel like to do both? Which makes you feel better? Do more of that. Thank you for asking! 😊
@@thecheerptmovebetter369 thanks! 😊
Clear and simple directions for an excellent result of this very important exercise. Yes, shoulder and arm, strength and stability are so important for push, pull. lift, & carry ! Thank you @theCheerPTmovebetter!
Fancy dumbbells
You certainly were and still are a beautiful bride. Happy 28th.😊
Awesome!!
Thank you Kathy!
Cool message board! Whoa these are tough but great for the cheerleader developing core and arm strength for as you say “ so, you can progress better in the air, have better hand to hand transitions “, and help prevent injuries! 🤸🏽♂️
Thank you! Exactly :)
Wow.. what bgm song ah ..?
'promosm' 💯
Thank you so much for having Karin Ravalese on your podcast!
This is so awesome and helpful if more folks could understand how breathing and core strength are vital to being well! Karin helped me to rid of my sinus issues especially right after my quarantine from COVID ended but was left with residual drainage and sinus pressure! She explains things really well and not using crazy medical terms to help people understand! 👍🏼 Thank the Laura Turner for supporting this intervention that is like you say “ essential and we need to own our breath”!
When working with my athletes, I use some of these exercises. After trying the technique guidelines you gave I felt the difference in the exercises. Will also be implementing the lat stretch.
Great to hear, Coach! Let me know if you have questions along the way
I like that you show the exercise motion from the side, then from the front view.
Thanks Kathy. I will remember that going forward 😀
Laura, you are so good at explaining and watching you perform each exercise really is helpful.
Thank you 🙏 ☺️
YoY
Thank you again for another excellent podcast. Jess confirmed what I have discovered over the years that years of emotional trauma as well as physical trauma, has influenced the way my body perceives and reacts to pain and tightness in my body. Laura, you have helped me so much over the years.
Laura, this info is so awesome. I didn't want your video to end. Thank you.
Thank you Kathy!
My fitness and exercise plan with Laura definitely has gotten me through the stress of the past two years.
If I can't squat deep to the floor without knee pain, should I just go as far as I can without discomfort in the knee?
Thank you again for another video.
Thank you Laura for showing me Happy Baby.😊
Glad you like it Kathy! 🙂
