Yea this isn’t for me because I hate it. Even if I had $500K to spend on a house, it’s gonna be a house that my neighbors can’t look out the window and see what’s inside. We don’t value space or nature in Nigeria, only concrete jungles. A few trees would’ve helped.

This is ridiculous! My own house in Abuja look way better than this with pool, gym, gazebo, cinema room and both outdoor and indoor kitchen as well. I bought the house new worked and redesigned it myself. It has outdoor garden and enough space for kids to ride their bikes. I will not buy this particular house you are showcasing for 500 million let alone 2.5 billion. This is crazy.

Simple advice, don't wear agbada to show case a building. It doesn't show workmanship. Take off the agbada and wear senator or suit.

Please change your camera man he filming is very very poorly done he not track the & more interested in filming you & what catches his eye than is actually most important which is the house

Nigeria does not make sense!Ondo state is spending 3.8 billion naira on renovating all schools and healthcare sector says the news but a house is selling for 2.5 billion in the same country.😂Only procceds of corruption will buy this house,anyone that works hard for money will not spend 2.5 billion on a house with 5 meters of kitchen space.😅

Where are the good architects? Bad layout, and for 2.4 billion, I don’t want to live close to the road and I want land where I can plant some trees and flowers. My favorite spaces are the kitchen and the closet in the primary suite ( the oga and madam room).
