My name is Younes, I created this channel to help people ease and relax in their daily stressful life. I will be posting the sounds of nature for Relaxation and Meditation. The calming sounds of nature can help people who suffer with sleeping it can help with concentration, studying and most of all relaxation. The purpose of these videos is to help in healing and re-balancing the mind, body and spirit, by helping people experience moments of peace, for a better us, for a better planet.
