Hi! I'm starting there Aug. 14th to work at the general store..day shift hours. I'm really excited about the opportunity...to not only explore something new but to also build my financial profile...get to my next level. I'm going in knowing about the possibility of the poor wifi connection, downfall of lack of transportation, small room, etc...but hey, there's always pros and cons, right?? My daughter is going to college next month, shortly before I leave, and we're both excited about this new start for both of us. Thank you for sharing your experience. Im speaking life into my own experience...that it be a more joyful one.

Everybody hair is different. Your hair is beautiful. I also didn't do any research. I just woke and got locs one morning. I feel if I had did all this research,it would've drove me crazy I've said nevermind. I'm 4.5 years in I'm just like you I just leave my hair alone. wash when I want retwist when I want and I love my hair.

Your hair is beautiful. Moisten you hair before you apply oil. It will loc in moisture. I've used this...the peppermint tingles. Aloe cleanse is inexpensive and not dying like ACV.

I just got hired for a seasonal job at Cedar Pass lodge in the badlands, it starts in April, it shouldn't be to bad.

Life is full of disappointments but you learn as you go from every life experience to avoid repeating them. Go with the flow like water, you'll find an amazing job up ahead. I found a job finally lol I'm loving it and moving to another luxury apartment in San Antonio, my current place is to small. Hopefully I can move back by fall to Utah near my grown kids where I love it more. Texas is not for me but it was a great experience overall. Best of luck Amariah, have a magical vacation wooo!!🥰

I totally agree and understand why you want to leave South Lake Tahoe. I’m personally stocking it out til spring break of march. But yeah, the snow is way too overwhelming and i feel that I’ve lost weight too since I’ve been here. I got a common cold recently and i haven’t been able to eat the same since.

All these seasonal job sucks. Did it for 5 years. It gets old . Like you said . It’s better to travel on your accord. I now work at Amazon 5 days a week making $1300 a week. And the hot kitchen work gets old real fast. Who wants to get stuck in snow 8 feet high. Good luck on your next adventure though.
