i have a question as i am in the market for a second hand machine, i am kind of looking for a big screen on a budget, my workload is not that high, how does the video editing perform in this machine especially with a dedicated gpu? do the fans randomly kick in if i am just watching to a movie, everyone saying go for an m1, are absolutely right but it is a bit expensive for my budget, and what it doesnt have a 15 inches of screen, so if i go for this machine what am i loosing i do ocassional video edits less than a minutes, and i browse in safari max 5 to 6 tabs open at once, not a huge multi tasking person, how well would it serve me as per my workflow.

Hi i dont have this sonos amp long time a go here is the link some one fix sonos am s16 whit photos www.reddit.com/r/ElectronicsRepair/comments/18k3cs0/sonos_amp_fixed/ I discovered that after you remove the power supply there are only two pins that connect to the logicboard powers the system motherboard I think is 47v positive and negative I think you could do a bypass connect same voltage and turn it on if dont have other damage .

You can speed test the 2019 Air all day if you like, we already know the conclusion. It's not fast in any processor-intensive tasks. Small ram. Small hard drive. However, what it does well is long battery life and ultra portability. I had to get a used laptop for a sr. relative and was going to gift my 2015. Then, apple stropped issuing updates for the hardware, and I had to run legacy patcher to keep it up to date. Due to this, no way was I going to give that to a relative who might accidentally brick the machine when Apple issues an OS update. Instead, I sold it off, pocketed a few dollars, and picked up a gently used 2019 Air for my relative. Apple will support it for a few more years, it's easy for her to carry, and does everything she needs it for quite well. Every device has its segment, and some segments are not about speed.

Thanks for the video i really enjoyed watching the tests what i have realised is macs don’t need lots of ram sometimes macs with more ram run slower. mac os uses much less ram than windows I bought a ipad pro 12.9 inch M1 with cellular and 2tb I have used it none stop it has never let me down. I also have a imac 27 inch and thats very good iI nearly fell a sleep with the music it is pleasant good choice I have subscribed Thanks again

Welp. I’m not smart enough for this….mine quit working yesterday and I kid you not 2 years to the day from when i installed it! From what I see here it looks like a blown power supply as it won’t even try to turn on. Sonos said I can get a 30% off coupon if I send the broken amp to them.
