I've really appreciated Mylyn's wonderfully clear stage-by-stage presentation and explanation on this video. She works at just the right speed and answers your questions before you need to ask them. The diagrammatic reinforcement is very helpful too. The best instructional video I've seen.

How can i get this book?

I use silicone baking mats instead of blotting paper. I also glue the spine whilst the book is clamped, between boards with silicone mat either side to stop sticking. I use braided dacron fishing line for sewing as it is strong and easy to acquire where I live. For mull I substitute tyvek. Not easy to get some things in some countries so I have had to improvise. It is the cost of delivery that makes buying from abroad prohibitive.
