no luck yet hey bud?
Can you please tell me how much it can earn per day?
No one solo btc? Just bch?
My Nano 3 won’t run on high, just shuts down.. using OEM PSU but… shuts off. It will run on low and medium. Kinda annoying.
What BCH mining pool are you using? Thanks.
I heard just to put a deck fan on it. Just make sure it’s blows the same way.
They say it is a heater.
how does the back plate pop off without breaking it?
I think I will buy another nano, could you point me in the right direction for which pool I can solo mine bitcoin cash please? I'm using CK pool for bitcoin on my other nano, thanks
Thank you for sharing!
I use ckpool and I am running on medium because it gets kind of hot and louder on high
Are you solo lottery mining bch on Ckpool?
@@Vr6dude yes, bch is aviable to mine in ckbit, but plns.
Works on nicehash????
How much earnings aday ? Everyone describe the Avalon nano 3 but without mentioned the earnings. Could you please tell us

Please refer to the factory reset instructions in the manual. If further issues persist, contact our technical support.
@DillonW can you pool mine? with them? Like buy 3 of these and have all of them mining in the same spot?
I ordered mine today. Glad to see bch isn't bad
this is good to know... if you mine solo the chance of getting a block (3.125 BTC) is as follows (with 2TH): daily chance 1 in 2.200.000 weekly chance 1 in 280.000 monthly chance 1 in 64.000 year chance 1 in 7000 so you'll be burning 3kW of electricity a day for months and years and then maybe one day you'll get lucky. It's a lottery.
On avg, win like every 250 days? .30 electric per dsy?
Thats why i run 6 of them lol
BCH
Which alternative psu are you using ? Hard to find in Europe
@@dhollanderchristophe324 my miner came with a canon power supply.
i use NTB Lenovo PSU: Lenovo Legion Slim 140W AC Adapter (USB-C).. price is about 50USD in EU and working fine. it is possible to use any usb-c source that gives 140W (and the corresponding cable)
You can try the Verbatim GNC-140 (GaN - 1402) with PD 3.1(recommended by Canaan) capability. I think the type c cable must be reinforced because the temp is high.
Can you change the fan speed?
How can I creat a login and password to acess the diálog box after type the IP?
What are your thoughts on this device running long-term I know it's advertised as a heater or do you think it's like a spur-of-the-moment thing when you're cold.
@@jasonkidwell1767 I am running it all the time even though it’s summer. Chances are better than at hitting a block.
@@Laughingkangaroo I have mine going as well I just haven't Crank it up to high yet being in Florida the temps are a little high
@jasonkidwell1767 just keep it in ur house in a well vented area
I run 7 on a 10 tier shoe rack . With a screen protector on the rear to keep the boards cleaner .
Where did you pre-order your miner from? or where did you buy your miner from?
@@whn1985 go to canaans website and they have a link for the nano 3
It's a heater. Listening to someone talking about making it 'cooler' is literally making me LOL!
It did not make the heater run cooler, it just made the device run more efficient so the device will last longer.
People who give input that dont know electronics make me lol....if it's 80F outside you gotta force kool it down...duh.
You don't understand the law of thermodynamics
Nice vid. I use Retro Gaming Mike's Solo pool for BitcoinCash. I did take my Nano apart on day 1 and rip out the plastic honeycomb mesh on the front to increase airflow. I let Red Panda Mining know about that on the newer Nanos
When did you order it and when did it come I am thinking about getting on I am new to crypto mining and how much have you made in us dollars
I ordered is April 15th and it shipped June 21st.
I use zsolo pool as well, been stable for me and low fees. Don't worry about cooling, this device is marketed as a space heater. Its designed to push out warm air. This is why the fans keep the asic temps at 90°. Just set it, and forget it. Problem is as miners, we see high temps and instantly start to panic 😂😂. Just chill
Hi. May I know which wed site name to check the device whether got overheat? Thanks advance
This will vary based on your home network. You will need to get the up address off the screen in the device and key that into the browser.
@@LaughingkangarooIP addresss I Guess…correct?
thank you for your video. Which pool and which wallet did you take? when you mine solo do you earn daily rewards or not?
Solo mining means you only earn money when you find a block. That's why it's called lottery mining.
You do not earn daily rewards solo mining. You only get rewarded if you mine a block.
You finding ur own block is 1 out of 280,000 every 10 minutes....
@@aloha-rob Which pool do you use?
@@aloha-rob no.. chance find block with 4TH hashrate is 1:160.000.000 every 10mins, 1.100.000 every day and 1:3500 every year.
thank you for your video. Which pool and which wallet did you take? when you mine solo do you earn daily rewards or not?
@@LoopingFinder nope. Solo mining you only earn something if you hit the block. I use zsolo for the pool and for a wallet you can use any cold or hard wallet
@@Laughingkangaroo Ok thank you
@@Laughingkangaroo I can't connect it with NiceHash, can you do it?
You should show adding to a few pools. Id hate to have info incorrect
@@Laughingkangarooare you still mining with zsolo?
Hello, I am French and I just came across your video. Quick question which wallet did you take? I would like to embark on this adventure
I use a trezor cold wallet, but most cold wallets out there should support bitcoin and bitcoin cash
@@Laughingkangaroo Ok thank you
