it's 2020, I found one at the thrift store for 30 dollars I brought it home in case I could fix it (I'm car savvy) THE VOLTAGE WAS SET TO 220 INSTEAD OF 115 switched it and it WORKS, excited af <3

Funny that I bought one of those on January 2020 and they decided before that to discontinued it (because all the issues they had) and even with that they sold me a broken machine (twice).. quality zero, ethics minus -10...

I bought the R2 on January 2020 after convincing my team from the company I work with to start a project with it (500 fortune company) since we really wanted to support local companies We picked you despite the hard reviews you have. It was so extremely terrible experience that the printer is now useless (4 repairs in less than 2 month. come one guys) i can understand that things could fails but these repairs were due to lack of parts quality. For example I requested a new extruder (the cable at the top was broken) and they basically passed the ball with me. Really disappointed because I honestly wanted to work with USA based companies. We ended up buying the extruder despite you support saying that “just plug the cable properly recommendation 😒” and selling the printer. Huge opportunity lost for you guys really and I lost the confidence of my team. You have a beautiful printer but you need to use more reliable parts.

Have had my Robo 3d R1 Plus for about 3 years now... I've had no issues with setting it up and printing a crazy amount of odd and cool things. I am still printing with it today. Most of my prints are big enough to last 5-14hr... It is now starting to break down, but the support staff at ROBO 3D have been too awesome. I will for sure purchase another Robo 3D printer because it works great, but mostly based on the support that I have gotten in the last few months. The technician not only cured my problem, but also saved me on the shipping cost some how. Also pointed me to how to prevent future issues I might run into. There are probably people out there who have horrible stories about this printer. I for one have not had any issues, other than it finally breaking down after years of abuse from a new 3d printer owner. I am for sure going to purchase another R1 Plus if it is still around when I have the money, or the new R2 because I love the large print bed. Thank you Robo3D(Jason mainly) This printer is greatly appreciated by me for sure.

Not very good customer service waiting three days now to receive a replacement program by email for my 2 month old C2

My Robo C2 is not loading not sure what the problem is when I turn the machine on it starts to load and then it says Robo C2 on the screen and then the screens got like a whole bunch of numbers and letters and it'll stay like that and then the screen goes black anybody got any ideas of what's going on can't find anything on Google

Hello ROBO 3D, I have bought your product (robo r2) it's a good 3d printer but I'm witnessing you even better as you can place 2 rolls on 3d printer. when your work piece is finished the rest is fine if you do this robo r3 then it is good 3d printer hopefully you read it.
