IN FRAIA is located on a nature reserve and we try to preserve and honor the tradition and beauty of the life of our ancestors. The farm comfortably accommodates 8 to 10 adults. It is a small complex with various buildings including a double farm house, large double stable, two smaller houses, a separate full kitchen with washing machine, an outdoor bathroom, two large garages and two spacious chicken coops. There are two hectares of land with olive trees, fruit trees and a walnut orchard that provides shade in the hot summer.
It is not luxurious but comfortable and authentic. The view to the front is of the village on the hill and behind of the mountain "La Majella". The sun rises behind the village and sets behind the mountain. It is located 20 minutes from the mountains and 20 minutes from the Adriatic coast. The cities of Chieti, Pescara, Ortona and Lanciano are within a 20-50 minute drive. Rome is a 200 kilometers drive on a beautiful route, even when on the highway.
