We are so happy to have our Highly anticipated Lynn Haven ready after anxiously waiting! Ryan Homes did an Amazing job. We are very happy!
We chose #4 for Exterior colors on our site list… consisting of:
1. SW Foggy Day (body color)
2. SW Uncertain Gray (hardboard)
3. SW Alabaster (trim)
4. Peppercorn (front door/ shutters)
Interior paint: SW City loft

Hi. We are looking at this floorplan as well. Without the tandem garage, do you have enough room to fit two cars comfortably in the garage?
Hi, sorry- I never saw this. We actually have too much stuff in there to find out. Driveway & garage feels pretty tight though. But I do have an SUV.
Congratulations you have a lovely home!! We went with the SANDALWOOD instead because there was no Lynnhaven model at the time in Parrish Florida

Hi, thanks for the video, I've been eyeing this model. Do you recall approximately how much the first floor guest bedroom/bathroom, and the master bathtub upgrades were? The master bathtub is a non-negotiable for me. LOL
Those were the 2 non-negotiables for me as well. Lol… The bedroom/bath was $7700 & master Bath tub was $3500 for us.

Sorry, I never saw your comment 😢 it’s more for regular boogers. I’d use a suction type for that type of mucus. This is good for the everyday boogers.
