Amazing!
One of the best songs that portrays that feeling of having been defeated. Having lost the battle, with no cards left to play.
Don't forget though, Sam fought the blues and won
Freakin raw and Awesome....damn cool!!!
Cool driving tune...!
legends!
This is one of those rare things in music that happens once. Just wow
FORGIVE YOURSELF
This is my favorite song. This cover is a little treasure, very uplifting. The song is originally very dark and sad, they've put hope and sunshine in it.
Triple thumb up
Great version of this old Roscoe Holcome Classic !...
Great listen 👍👍 Thanks to all involved in the production of this and all your music. God bless and thank you.
Chords?
I could try and figure them out for you. Give me sometime and I'll try to post the basic progression. Sam Doores always does those weird half bar runs which are tricky to tab out exactly.
@@taylorpelletier89 still waiting here in France 😁
The suns gonna shine on my backdoor, someday.
I wanna know the lyrics of this song, if someone could help me.
I woke up this morning, no coffee warmed Lord, it feels like my head it's gonna roll The telephone was ringing, some fool are screaming About a man that had a purple dream Lot of funny people in my house Well oh my aching head whose that lie in my bed Wondering if my baby is coming home There are dishes in the sink, ain't no money in the bank you should pick the wrong time to be right everyone says hello, just passing thing I try all night long there ain't no crazy dream Every since my baby is gone, my blues wait out the sight You should pick the wrong time to be right
Hello! great video of Morgan and the band. Met him last month and I'm doing a short documentary about Morgan as a street performer in New York. Writing to ask permission to use some parts of your video for the documentary. Let me know how to get in touch. Thanks.

This song is so amazing! Thanks a bunch, from your Norwegian fans!
amazing, what did you use to record the sound?
I don't think a day's gone by in the last 5 months that I haven't listened to this song...
Morgan O'Kane played in a basement at a friend's in February. It was the most beautiful music I had ever heard. The atmosphere, the music, his voice, was incredible. Completely indescribable.
it truly is a pleasure seeing him play live in a house, the street, or a venue. one of the nicest and most intelligent people I've met and spoke with. I miss him and CDC . the good ole days traveling to see him play. cry every time I hear him. I hear his encouraging words everyday , I hear his soulful voice, I feel his energy, I can't shake it. Im way overdue for seeing him play. I miss those days, everyday. Morgan O'Kane is one of the main driving forces behind my music. if only I could apply that to my daily life and well being, I'd be good. I feel so broken and strung out. Love ya Morgan.
Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!
where is this video location?
Almost looks like the Alamo in San Antonio

These guys are all cool. I've corresponded with two of them on Instagram and would love to eventually try and get a gig with them as I've changed to roots and Americana myself.
