These Capf officer's have rich operational experience but they are not allowed to go higher in ranks because of ips domination.

Its been around two decades since BSF has deinducted from CI Ops in J&K. A lot of Jawans and Officers with rich experience and institutional memory have retired or will be retiring soon. Sadly, a time would come when there will be no personnel in BSF with active combat experience.

Jammu and Kashmir me BSF ne bhut balidan diya hai leikin dukh ki bat ye ki ki 90% credit Army hi le jati hai ha Army ne nhi acha kam kiya hai and credit mila hai pas BSF ko bhi to apna Credit ka Haq hai na. And abhi BSF ko central Police ka nam de diya hai kya ye sahi hai BSF ko Police kahena😢😢

Sir it is always great to hear your podcast.... and got to know many unknown things and actions done by our forces....Sir I have a request to kindly bring any CRPF Jawan or Officer who can give description on the things they face at LWE prone areas as recently I have seen the jungles of CHATTISGARH and they are literally non ending jungle...one can't even see 10 MTR ahead of the after the 1st foliage..
