Thanks! I look forward to seeing what time you'll be able to achieve if you do, I love getting the times as low as possible. And I understand the feeling! I'm currently trying to get all records, as of now I currently have a little over 200 of 300 available records, a crazy amount of progress! When I first started playing I just want to get a score for each level, then after getting close to that goal I started trying to get all records for any particular category, right now the closest one for me is the Hammer Only category, I currently have 39 of 40 records, just one more to go, figures the one left is the toughest one to save time on, I'll be so happy if I can beat that record! I also am very happy that there are multiple runners active, having all records wouldn't mean as much if nobody but me was playing, you all are making sure I don't getting away with claiming all of the records to easily, thanks for playing this great game with me and us!

@@dylenoyer94 Wow! 39 out of 40 is really impressive. I am also trying to get all the world records, but I currently have a long way, as I don't even have runs for every single category. But I guess I should not try to get the 1st places for Hammer Only category, because you must be very dedicated about that. I kinda vanished suddenly from speedrunning after doing at least 1 speedrun per day, even after saying that I have the enthusiasm to do much more speedruns. I always wanted to get back to it but didn't have the enthusiasm for it. Sorry for suddenly starting and suddenly disappearing lol, but I think I have started doing runs once again. I am happy to see this game still having active speedrunners. It will be a challenge to keep records, especially when you are still active lol. I think it's not wrong to say that you are the best speedrunner for this game. Hope I can get close to that and have more world records. I also want to thank to all the speedrunners and you in this game.

Thanks Akutism! I wish you luck with your attempts, and I agree this one hurts to grind, that launch makes or breaks the run right away, I've gotten used to it kinda but it still takes multiple tries to get a good launch, then you have the rest of the level to perform too

I didn't expect to beat it so quickly either, that car launch right away is usually not great but I only spent about an hour doing attempts before getting this run. I'm sure you'll come back to this level soon enough, what other record are you grinding for? You can keep it a secret so I'm not aware of which one so I don't go to the grind as well

Thanks! And very nice, those are still really great times! If I didn't lose my 20.200 I would've probably uploaded that one, and you beat that time already so I'm glad I kept playing for another PB. And the glitch was probably using that smaller box at the end to launch yourself huh, I did the same thing too for a while but it didn't result in any new PBs

@@dylenoyer94 I actually didn't back down :D I started to grind the level yesterday and got some results, but I wasn't satisfied ;)

I didn't know that it was possible on earlier versions, well now I know. No harm, no foul. Thanks for letting me know though. And you're run is fine, you shouldn't need to do anything else, I just haven't finished watching it myself, it can be a chore to watch long speedruns but it does need to get done, I've already watched about half of it, I'll resume watching later today after I'm out of work, it should be verified by tomorrow for sure. And I just wanted to apologize for what I said the other day, I realized that I didn't need to be so brash. So again my apologies for that. I felt bad for chewing you out a bit, but I also don't like editting or deleting my comments regardless so it was just there for now, I would like to have a healthy relationship with all the runners of this game, I should've bit my tongue. We live and learn, I'll make sure I approach it better next time if something similar comes up in the future, try to keep your head up and I'll do the same. Also do you have an alias that I could call you over just calling you don't ban all the time, I would like to refer to you as something that is a little more personal, but if you're not comfortable with that, no worries, I just wanted to ask. I know what you mean but I assure you that it is glitchless. I've seen this happen more than once while attempting this record and I guarantee that if you tried to play this level in a similar fashion you'd find that it'd happen to you too on occasion. I'm pretty sure it's just weird behavior with the cables that are holding onto something that is sinking into the water. I'm almost positive that this isn't considered a glitch, but as a moderator for this game who is not willing to verify my own runs it'll be pending until someone else verifies it, so that will be up to the other mods to decide whether it's a glitch or not, and I'm happy to explain what happened and would be willing to do more attempts for this record that appear better for people like you. Thanks for your opinion on the matter. It's appreciated, though if I were you I would've phrased it differently so it didn't come off so snarky. To clarify, if it's deemed a glitch then it won't make it onto the leaderboards anyways so there's no reason to be upset by it. And no offense but didn't you swear yourself away from this game, why should you care about this if you have no interest in the game anymore? That's a rhetorical question. I already know why that is. I would say while technically it is a glitch, it would count as a non-glitchless% run because it's more of a game side glitch that just happened rather then you abusing it to get the record

Hey Kevin! It's good to hear from ya, I hope that you've been well. And thanks much, I will say that I wasn't the first to break the minute barrier for this level but it was my first time myself. I only have two more levels before I have all 40 Hammer Only records!

Thanks Nova! It really did, you took almost 2 minutes off of my previous record and then I took two off of yours, I can't believe that I cut that much time off of my last PB! And I agree, with the few mistakes I made I think that a time like 3:30 is possible, if you wanted to try to beat this time I'd recommend looking closely at how I moved around the boats since the movement made those quick cables breaks happen which is really the key to doing this level fast, I wish you luck with your attempts!

Hey there, you're totally fine saying that, actions speak louder than words so I already knew you were done with this game. I kind of feel the same way with the alarm% categories as they aren't what they once where but I'm still interested in speedrunning this game regardless. I've had some alarm% runs take over 5 hours to setup so I understand the grind there, I'm sorry to hear that this was the tipping point for you, I wish you luck with any other speedrunning that you do! And you've got me on discord, if you wanted to send that over to me I can try to take a look at it and try to finish what you started, it could be fun! And I agree with you, a new route can be better but yeah it depends, Alarm System only had like two runs on the leaderboards so of course the record isn't close to perfection yet, there are absolutely some runs on other levels that're looking pretty smooth and will be hard to beat but I believe that all of them are able to be surpassed with enough time and dedication

@@dylenoyer94 You should see me putting all the nitroglycerin around at blowing them up lol. It becomes more frustrating the more you play a level but blowing things up calms my anger a little bit

It's a fun level to watch for sure, this one can be tough since the robots behave differently in each run, and they respond to sounds so any sounds you make will alter their pathing

Woah that's a pretty big discovery! I'm not sure if it'd be helpful on any other missions other than this one but this is so helpful, instead of restarting over and over in hopes to get lucky or just dealing with having to 180 at the start. Wow, great find! I'll try to get a new PB using this soon, I really think that sub 31 is possible and this discovery will keep me sane!

I've played this game avidly for almost the past 3 years and it means a lot to me, you can expect me to try to beat any times that beat my own, record or not, but with 300 total categories for speedrunning I have been busy and I can't always retort right away, at the end of the day I am so happy to see more runners playing this game, keep up the good work and I'll promise to do the same!
