The Church of God at the National Memorial

The Church of God stands for the word of God which teaches mankind to follow the steps of Jesus who did no sin. Neither was guile found in His mouth. 1 Peter 2:21-22. This Church will serve as an independent branch of The Church of God established in 1919 by Elder Lightfoot Solomon Michaux in Newport News Virginia.
The National Memorial to the Progress of the Colored Race in America was established in the year of 1936 by our founder Elder Michaux as a name for this farm land be purchased by the inspiration of Mrs. Franklin Roosevelt who told him to go to Williamsburg, VA for there was land that he needed to buy for his people and here we are!
This farm was purchased for survival in the time of another depression when there will be plenty of money but no food. A Church was to be on the land and God has ordained that I start in my home.
