Thank you, I was driving home and asked God for a word from Him. Ive been going through a hard time, believing in his promise to me for 2 years. I have been refined in my faith and every area of my life. i have been really trying to trust in his faithfulness. Yes, I want to seek him first before the promise. Thank you for this word because you really spoke to me.

Ty for sharing this. Today's my 50th birthday, jubilee year! I think this is the beginning of the blessing God has in store for today. My 2 sons took time from their busy lives yesterday to have a birthday dinner with me. My beautiful wife set it up. Shelby, I don't deserve the kind of love they pour into me. I was a terrible alcoholic and drug addict all their lives till about 6 years ago. I don't deserve any of this but praise be to Jesus, He has redeemed me and restored my family. Ty so much! The UMC is viewed by many Methodists as apostate now because of their abandonment of the scriptures stance on marriage and sexual immorality. There are other Methodists but the UMC experienced a schism where almost half of the members left. John Wesley Methodists and UMC a 2 different groups.

Well said sister! Amen! I agree with all that. I lost so many friends and family when I put EVERYTHING in the mighty hands of Jesus. I didn't know how many witches and warlocks i knew personally and peripherally(either autocorrect isn't working or that isn't a word idk). Point being, satan uses the closest people to you to do his bidding. I still love them but I can't always be around some of them. They get so mad at where the Lord is taking me. My son's girlfriend for example, I have seen demons manifest in her simply because I moved! 😂 my place of residence should be no concern to her. They are both grown adults who had been living out on their own for a couple years yet somehow she convinced my son and half my family that I was abandoning him. I literally moved 20 minutes from his apartment 😂 plus how on earth do you abandon a 21 year old man who has been out of my house since he was 18? Nonsense! But I found out that she hates my son's bible collection and often tries to get him to throw them away. That's just one such story with one person. There's way more. When you get serious with God, they come out of the woodwork. Everyone also wants a red sea moment but no one considers that you have to be willing to stand at the edge of the red sea for that. No one wants the chaos but they want the miracle. You really got to trust God 💯. As always, nice having church before church and coffee with you. Hope you are well. Missed you yesterday. Remember tho, even God rested!

Man, I know that is right. I went to a church where I felt like a dog getting my ears scratched. Funny thing, they weren't itching. I really wanted the truth and it became very clear that I wasn't getting it there. This church had around 1000 members all together. Sad thing is that the only way I knew better was because I read my Bible and pray for discernment. The church i go to now has around 100 people on a good day. People will come for a while, then when the sermon gets real or someones toes get stepped on they're out. Guess where the majority of them end up? Yep, the itching ear church. My pastor sometimes let's it slip that it kinda hurts his feelings and I understand. I've watched em come and go in the ministry we are blessed to be part of. If you're preaching the truth, this is unfortunately how it's going to go. I'm on guard in a place where there's a huge crowd and everyone is completely happy. My senses start rising and I am on for alert. It's easy to fill stadiums if you are catering to everyone but God. Keep preaching girl, coffee and truth! God bless you. Sorry this is so long. Oh wow! You are not going to believe this, well you probably will but this is so God! Steph and I listen to scripture as we sleep. We started with Isaiah last night but when I was waking up, it was on proverbs. I seriously just heard this scripture. And if that's still "coincidence" to anyone who may read this, I grabbed my coffee and sat down to pray. I was thinking about fasting from TH-cam today and I heard the Lord say, watch Shelby! God is so good. I had to pause to say all this. I was excited lol😂 ok resuming the word! Oh, good morning!

Good morning! Amen. I am mentoring some young men and one in particular keeps coming to me feeling like he's failed Jesus and there's no way out. I keep telling him that's the good news, we are all failures but Jesus redeemed us. He's going through sanctification and the liar keeps speaking into his ear. The more scripture we give him on the contrary the less he seems to believe what we are telling him. I'm going to send this to him. Maybe hearing it from another person will help. It's not complicated! Jesus simplified it all on the cross! He turned like what? 300+ levitical laws into 2. Love God with all your heart and love your neighbor as yourself! Simple! Ty sister. I had a pastor that would only allow Holy Spirit to move for 15 minutes on Thursday nights. I was led to another church. Holy Ghost, God fearing, run, shout, dance, speak in tongues, prophesy, whatever God wants kinda church! Amen! Good morning. That's right and God is the same yesterday, today, and forever! People, for what ever reason, just go with the surface of what paul says without looking into why he says women should be silent. There's way more about women being a huge part of the bible and authority than the couple scriptures pointing to women not. When you really look into the time and the fact that women wasn't even supposed to be learning, you get a totally different understanding of what paul was saying. Oh, good morning! You are speaking on something that my wife and I are always trying to teach people. If I didn't have her to learn from when I knew I was called to preach, I would still be on the couch so to speak. No pastor wanted to teach me because of my past, how could an ex-junky be a preacher right? Without my wife in my corner, I would probably have given up by now. Per Acts 2:22-36. Jesus has been made by God both Lord and Christ, King. It is also said he must reign, rule in the midst of his enemies. We are not told to just wait for a "rapture" which is not in the bible. And you are not wrong. We are to occupy until he comes, Come against the wickedness of this world not just throw your hands up and say we can't do anything. Go back to Acts 2. What got Israelites changed? Peter's message that Christ is King and he is King now! Most prophecy has been fullfilled already see Luke 24:44. We do await Jesus' second advent! His Kingdom is now. Advance it..... the anti-christ isn't a marvel comics son of satan, it will be someone who claims he is the son of God/King of Israel. We have our king of Isreal already. Jesus.
