Scouting ride through Laos & Cambodia - 2024
During our 25 years in South East Asia we have always enjoyed riding through Laos and the South East regions of Cambodia. Over this time we have done bits and pieces of both countries. This scouting ride was planned to cover the “white spots” and create some new and exciting tour routes to share with Bike Tour Asia guests in the future..... and have some fun doing it !

bike comfort ? 810mm seat height but is 840 versys or even a 850gs height too hi ? Need a torque bike ? ?
Always up to the rider height and preference for best seat height. We carry standard and genuine low seats for our fleet bikes to try and cover all preferences..... and also the bikes we use (Triumph Tiger and BMW GS) have simple seat height adjustment in the seat mounting (20-25mm).
for tours with twisties etc; what tires are recommended on the tiger 900 GT
We normally run Michelin Annakee Adventure tyres on our bikes as they provide good balance between the mountain road curves and also work on the more rural roads that we cover.
