Yep there are factories in Birmingham but not in the City Center which you are looking at.

@@buffi944 There are no Indian Factories, in Birmingham Suburbs you have Cadbury at Bourneville JLR in Castle Bromwich although owned by TATA it is essentially a British Company, Sarson's Vinegar, loads of metal bashing factories and Jewellery makers, try looking around Birmingham.

Camden Street had forty factories on one little street 5000 workers maybe, nows it dead, next street I could go on. Lots of offices and shops.

You are watching this from a drone 100's of feet up, so it does not portray the actual size of the City Center plus this is only showing a small part of the City Center and unless you have visited Birmingham and walked around it your comment sounds a bit stupid.

You confuse the City Council's finances with those of the actual economy and the City Region. Croydon Council in Greater London is bankrupt and yet massive redevelopments are continuing apace.

I'm a red but think evertons new stadium looks brilliant to be honest. So good to see regeneration of places that have been derelict and baron for 50 years. Don't let your tribalism towards football scew your perspective.

Sorry - how does reutilising an abandoned dock in a redevelopment area become a negative ? It actually cannot be seen from anywhere other than the river.

Sorry - what do you mean by 'down sized city' when the City Region is actually bigger than the preceding Metro County. Name any other regional city which does not receive 'massive government handouts' - like Glasgow or the WHOLE of Scotland. Also, why are you not comparing it to Croydon with similar issues.

What do you mean looks like a big Village, all you are seeing in this video is a small part of Birmingam City Center, the City of Birmingham is the second Largest City and 2nd City in the UK after London with a population of over 1.5 million citizens and the largest municipal council in Europe

@@Just_another_Euro_dude What you are looking at is just the City Center of Birmingham not the whole City, Birmingham UK is actually around 150 miles square and if you look past the city center photos into the distance that is how far the City of Birmingham extends. This drone shot is just of the City Center only not the whole of Birmingham.

@@ilqar887 Thats how it works in the UK, London is totally different to other Cities, but the City of Birmingham it self has over 1.5 million citizens and is the recognised second City

Have you ever visited other Cities in the World, by the sound of I dought it, I have visted towns and Cities all over Europe, The Uk and even New York and Washington and The City of Birmingham is butiful compared to some Cities so basically I dought you have ever visited my City of Birmingham

Who ever you are, I don't need lecturing on Birmingham by some one who seems to hate Birmingham so much, I have lived in Birmingham who ever you are since I was born 68 years ago and have lived in Brum all my life and know about Birmingham's Diverce cultralism and have live in the dark days as a young boy in the 50,s to the 70's during the dark days when Birmingham was full of slums, bomb sites and emty borded up buildings I have witnessed the rebirth of Birmingham from the dark days to the modern Birmingham of today with it's modern City Centre clean Green Areas of which Brum has over 150 parks and green areas in it's City boundry of which two are the biggest, The Licky Hills Country Park and Sutton Park and Birmingham has no more football hooliganism than any other UK or European City and the National Front !! don't see why that has come up may be you are a relative of Enoch Powel !!. So who ever you are I know most things about Birmingham being interested in it's History and my family have lived in Birmingham since the 1800's. So you are racist in saying you are not a white man !! who cares a toss whatt colour you are, Birmingham and the UK is a multiracial society and Birmingham is no promised land for any one and sorry if you think Birmingham is the ugliest City in the World it doesn't say much for other Cities in the World then and if you don't like or should I say love the City of Birmingham like I do why don't you leave and find some where better to live, say North Africa and a mud Hut/ Tin shack then you may appreciate the modern City of Birmingham that I love.
