This is a Bryan guide, not a “what are fighting games for someone who’s never learned how to play one.” He’s talking about frame advantage and you’ll have to look up a video dedicated to that. Oki is when someone’s knocked down and you use a move to mix them up because they are at a disadvantage, so there’s your help on that one.
