Jesus..after watching the first landing again it really looks like the pilot misjudged the approach and forgot there was a fence in the way... Seems like a panic pull up and much too high. Then almost a stall just before he touched down....

I’m sure the locals were as thrilled as I was when Ag Cats buzzed by when I was on a Cat D7 50 years ago.

These aircraft are impressively economical to operate.

I grew up on the farm and always love to watch these planes at work. At 25 gallons an hr. it get's expensive to run these radial P&Ws but damn they run so much better than the turbines LOL

I don't know why I like this type of aircraft and convert it to a camper. I mean " flying camper " can go around places in remote areas. I love camping.
