Interesting. You think she should’ve let the bear get to a place where both bear and human were in danger? It’s bear season here, by the way. She could have bought a tag and legally harvested this bear. Just so you know.

We are in the habit (mostly) of yelling out "bear bear bear" and making some noise before going outside. I ended up taking in my bird feeders. Just too tempting for the bears. Mama and new cub came looking for seeds this week...she seemed surprised to find nothing🐻🐻🐻

Amen i say to you my friend, you just tackled a hunt that only a few can handle this is a dangerous hunt. I was born and raised here in Deming when these goats were first introduced to the Florida mountains. My uncle and i went to hunt these majestic animals when the season first opened we bag two and we never went back to hunt them. We tried to bbq the meat and it was the most horrible meat we ever tasted. This hunt is only for mounting purposes. We live and learn. I was just surprised to see this hunt on TH-cam from Deming, and i thought i would respond to you. I could not believe the climbing abilities these goats have, it was truly amazing to watch. A couple of years ago, a bow hunter fell to his death, hunting these goats. My tip to you is, next time you come bring a friend, you never know what will happen. A friend from NM.
We are about to launch our 2, sierra k2 on a calm lake in georgia w the grandkids and I feel secure that they will be great for our intent. Thanks for the honest review!
