I found a trick to keep awake during the lesson when I listened at the first time I write all the words I couldn't understand after that every day when aj speaking I try to write words and phrases from the lesson with this way I guess that I'm improving my listen and writing skills at the same time

To understand tv shows, movies and to people who speak with us every day because it’s to hard for us to understand street conversations.
