Hand down the most beautiful restaurant I have been to since arriving in Paris, Le Grand Colbert Restaurant which you may recognize from the Jack Nicholson, Diane Keaton and Keanu Reeves film “As Good As It Gets”. And yes, I sat in the spot Keanu was in.

I just learned that this began as a bouillon - exceptionally, it was part of the little-known Calmels et Causse chain, not Duval or Chartier.
Fantastica brasserie. ❤
I have dined here 3 times...most recently Movember 2022. I just love it and stayed at a lovely hotel in and adjacent street.
