That one is great, you did a good job on him and it seems like that you really enjoyed it putting him together. I enjoyed watching it..thanks.
Such a clean job on the helmet. Love the detail in the uniform. DID did a good job on the head sculpt and detail like the bag for the helmet.
Gracias por mi saludo ✨😁
Me gusto mucho 🤩
The pouches with the beads are flotation devices
golly! really? they are so small. at risk of sounding stupid, how are they supposed to keep him afloat? how big do they get when activated? that is pretty cool. I did not know that at all. thank you. I do appreciate it.

I like this Dragonfigure a lot, great gear, Thanks, I enjoyed it very much. Looking forward seeing your next one.
@@GabrieleShumaker thank you so much. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Great figure, I enjoyed watching this one. On the belt... Gott mit uns means... God with us. And on the handgranate it says.. Insert Detonator before use...
thank you for telling me. it does add more interest to his story. I hope you had a fun time watching it. don't work too hard.
I like his clean look, it makes a good canvas to dirty him up. I also like that the skin looks so real. Hope you are doing well and happy Holidays to you and your family as well.
ha ha ha ha it is a good canvas is t it. I will just let the dust settle on him a bit and then he will look pretty dirty..merry Christmas and have a happy new year.
Hello Santiago. Long time no see. This is a great figure. They also came out with a separate yellow metal tripod for that machine gun that's worth getting, if you can find it. There's also a separate accessory set that has a wooden transportation crate, replacement barrel, tools, and ammo drums. That green tropical uniform, after exposure to the sun and repeated washings, would fade, that's why they appear light tan in historic photographs. The black wounded badge was for those wounded once or twice; silver wound badge for three or four; and gold wound badge for five times or more. You are correct, that metal cannister is for the gas mask.
well hello there mr daniel. i hope you are well. it has been a while. thank you. i didn't know about the replacement gear in the wooden crate. that would be cool to get. I am waiting for the tripod for the MG 34. it should be here in a few days i hope. and the badge thing...thanks again. I thought that they just get one for each time being wounded. I did not know about the river or gold. that is very good info. once again, thank you. and thanks for watching.
It looks so cool. I really like the details of cobwebs and mortar between the bricks. The multi-levels of the structures gives so much depth and realism. I also like that this diorama could be used for multiple places. The first camera angles made me think of the battle for Hue city. When you began to move the camera from a higher angle, I was reminded of the WW2 documentary footage of US troops fighting their way into Germany. The tank looks so good in the diorama. The wind blowing the door adds another level of uncertainty and realism. Great job!
thank you sir. I do appreciate that.
Wow it’s very big and magnificent 😮
Gosh, those details are awesome, I enjoyed watching that.
@GabrieleShumaker thank you. I'm glad you liked it. it is a little big though.
@victormanuelsantiago198 absolutely great the way it is, but I am sure it kept you busy for a while...
Now that is an amazing diorama.
@thommothommo1520 ha ha ha ha. it is a little " morose" isnt it.
I hope you liked it though. it was fun making it.
What materials you make your ground and buildings out of?
@koreyanderson7399 i just use regular foam. I paint it with a matte tan paint and then I use some spray paint to to give it the battle worn or used up look. for the ground, I use some stuff that I get at hobby lobby. as soon as I get home I will find the name and let you know what it is called. I also use some regular dirt and sand and stuff that is just blowing round. .
@@victormanuelsantiago198 Nah, it's great mate. Really sells the horrors of war.
Great collection mate.
@thommothommo1520 thank you sir. I finally got all the "saving private ryan" troops.so I'm happy about that.
Thank you to all the veterans and to those who serve. Happy Veterans day, and thank you Santi for this honorable message and video.
@robertrivera9162 thank you robert. thanks alot.
Well said, have a good Veterans Day.
@@GabrieleShumaker thank you.
I have this one too. Great figure and accessories!!
Solid figure 👍
Great review👍
Very nice figure good to see the M - 3 grease machine gun.😊
Very cool Vietnam war figure. He would look cool standing on the tall grass signaling a chopper. The head sculpt is very cool, like the band on his head. I like that used, faded look of the uniform.
I like the video, I enjoyed watching it 🎃
I like this soldier, and he has some interesting gear. I also like his facial expression. Well done...
Very nice figure. I have a few dragon Vietnam figures.
@rjacob1857 thank you. I don't have any dragon viet nam figures, but I do want to get them. thank you for watching and I hope you enjoyed it.
Very cool figure. The blue tape on his hand makes it look like my hand. I have car pool tunnel on my left hand and am wearing a blue brace. The details like the faded flak jacket is a nice touch.
I enjoyed this one a lot. Great information on what they all had to carry. It was really good, and yes, the haircut looked like Forest Gump.
I enjoyed watching this video🤩
I like how the box pays homage to the movie. The face doesn't really look like Tom Hanks but the figure still looks very cool. It's cool that that the helmet has some weight. Nice to see you in videos again.
It's great that you are back, and I enjoyed watching the video.
thank you. I'm glad that you liked it.
QUestion, do you know if the hose detaches from the mask?
I think this tihng is a grenade launcher. Really nice movie and figure.
it is a grenade launcher, but I dont know how it works. if you know please tell me because I am lost on that part. thanks for watching. I hope you liked it.
@@victormanuelsantiago198 From what I know it works with a bullet. I saw it in several from the new games fps for the ww2. In that game when the grenadelauncher was putted it was shooted with a bullet
The bullet pulls it
That's pretty cool. thank you for letting me know. although i think it is kind of scary because i would think that the bullet would make the grenade blow up. oh well. That's why im not a genius. thank you again for watching. I hope you liked the video. @kolchololov9235
@@victormanuelsantiago198 Actually, do you buy this figures from internet sites like eBay or monkey depot sir? Because I'm so much interested in history and especially army history and I want to buy myself a 1/6 scale action figure. I really liked your video about the Soldiers Story 2nd infantry division figure. This is my most favourite figure
Outstanding work 👍
@johnnyssik Thank you so much. as soon as I rotate back to the world, I will make more. it is difficult to make them on an army base. by the way I like the profile photo. reminds me of the old "godzilla" movies. thank youvfor watching.
Dragon has come a long way with the newer D.I.D. figures. I have some of the Dragon figures from pretty far back. One of my favorite Dragon figures is my Eric Hartmann, leading ace ( Luftwaffa). I just got my Capain Miller (D.I.D.) today. They really detailed these Saving Private Ryan figures. I have Jackson, Fish, and Captain Miller. Sergent Horvack will be here Monday. I built a Carpaso from a Riddic head sculpt, a Colonial Marine body (Aliens) body. And then got lucky on the uniform. Great diorama ✌️ GT.
@garythomas4431 Hey Mr Gary, that is so awesome that you have or are close to getting the whole crew. the only one I am missing is the medic. you are right, They have come a long way. and that's pretty cool about the build using the Riddick head sculpt. does it make the build look meaner/tougher? thanks for watching, and I will be looking out for your videos on your guys.
Ive just orded a few of the DID Private Ryan figures, and plan on building a small diorama. Very good job!
thank you sir. I'm glad you like it. and when done making your diorama, please post it. I really like to see the dioramas that people make because it us so cool to see the ideas of others. I currently have all the private ryan figures except for the medic.that is the only one that I am waiting to find and put together so that I can....maybe....add more to this diorama or just make another one that is more " movie" factual. again, thank you for watching.
I just bought this one today
thats great! what do you think of it?
Dam I wish I got that when I was younger
what do you mean? there is always tomorrow . and your always young. even if just in your heart , right? Thank you for watching and i hope you liked the video. i expect to see you making some soon.
Thanks, nice work
thank you so much. I am glad you liked it. it is a very cool looking figure. thank you for watching.
Look into kitbashing for the soldiers if you enjoy doing it it’s basically modifying their uniform buying different parts painting them adding things to them. It looks like a lot of fun.
Ibdo want to give that a try. It's hard to get figures here in Germany though. No one wants to send them to a military base. If I order from the US, it takes a while and they have to open the boxes and stuff. But when I get back to the states I sure will. Thanks for the info. And if you get a chance, let me know where you get your parts from so I can give it a shot. Thank you for watching.
@@victormanuelsantiago198 I haven’t bought anything yet but I’ve been doing a lot of research if I find out any sites that are good I’ll definitely remember to let you know 100% so far I only see monkey depot black ops giantoy or big bad toy store or something like that time Walker toys neogeek and that’s all I know so far some of them have a big selection. Some of them don’t
His book bag is some kind of filter device, something of a new generation technology, because what cbrn stands for is chemical biological radiological and nuclear defense so that bag’s gonna help him breathe then filter the air stuff like that
The cell phone you’re referring to is like his digital map. It’s like his GPS also I’m about to buy one of these off a website called monkey depot is 200$ US but I’ve seen that they have different versions. Any idea on where I can see all the different versions of this CBRN character at? And I absolutely love the detail on these toys I can build them all day and just switch things around. I’m about to buy my character.
Monkey Depot is a great place. I have bought from them before. They are located in Scottsdale, arizona. About 3 hours drive from me. They have a big selection. I don't know where you can see all the different styles together but I do look at a bunch of different sites and check out their figures. I don't know if you have ever checked out a shop called " black ops toys". They are pretty cool also. Albeit maybe a little steep in price now-a-days.
@@victormanuelsantiago198 yeah they are very pricey a lot of peoples that if you have any other websites that you know please let me know. I can’t wait to get my first figure or two just really skeptical about ordering from Aliexpress. Do you have any experience with that place?
The figures last name was "Blake ".😇
thank you, Ms. Porterville, I didn't know that. did they say it in the movie. now I have to watch it again and check. I hope you liked the video. I will put more out when I get some time off from active duty over here in Germany. thanks again for watching.
