I would expand the party area - I would make it right up to the fence. When 5-6 guests come, you can take out the table (and in the future install an oak stationary table there), a barbecue, very comfortable wicker chairs (they are specially made for permanent outdoor use) and not feel cramped. Simple chairs are not very comfortable for relaxing, and wicker chairs are very comfortable, but take up a lot of space.

No disrespect, but why is this channel called Russian Travels? Virtually all of the content is about your house. And the rare videos where you go beyond your property, you have only ever shown life in and around the city you live in, Orenburg. It's a pretty weird misnomer. Glad to see you're progressing with the restoration, anyway.

I’m so happy everything is working out for you and your family. We just had our countertops installed and now we are under mandatory evacuation because of the wildfires. I can understand what it’s like to wait and see if your house will survive.

Родился и вырос в Оренбурге, знаю свой город очень хорошо так как работаю курьером) было приятно увидеть его тут

Под зиму газон лучше не сажать , потому что в травосмеси 50 процентов однолетней травы для быстрой зеленки, за зиму она вымерзнет . А многолетняя долго растет и весной газон будет в проплешинах и сеять придется снова .
