Why don’t you put the equipment you used to film this

I was born June 10 1984 in Nashville and grew up just down the road from Nashville. It has changed a lot. 100 Oaks is mainly doctor offices for Vanderbilt now.

I truly want to say thank you for posting these snippets of your home videos throughout the years. What a joy they bring! May 2025 be a wonderful year for you and yours. :-)

THANKS FOR THE MOVIE!LOVED IT! Even though its not Western Canadian LOVED IT! Brought me back to the 70s.Would like to say we need more home movies like this and ones walking through buildings back than. Oh, by the way LOVE the American accent!

I remember the 70s like yesterday even tho I was a baby essentially- being born in 70. I remember learning to walk and climbing out of my playpen and knocking the wind out of myself when my hands slipped. And panicking my mom was going to spank me For doing such…since us kids got beat regularly to make certain we would appreciate life. But I hung out with my hippie aunt from 3yo on up to almost 5…where we would end up at stranger kids houses so she could party and smoke pot. lol. I remember so much of back then- some, even almost whole days. I have the memory of an elephant, so…yeah…it’s Sorta crazy when I begin to think of certain events and more memories will come back too. 70s and 80s were the absolute best tho- beatings and all, my Adventures outweighed them. 😊

I was 4 years old in 76. That was the year of the bicentennial. Milwaukee was stuck in the 70s until 1989.

"I wish I could go back to the 70s, life was so much simpler then" "I wish I could go back to the 50s, life was so much simpler then" We are all victims of nostalgia and memories of our childhood. Just wait till someone calls the 2020s " a much simpler time" I wish I could go back to 400AD, such a simpler time.

Omg thank you thank you thank you. I always wondered what things/places/people/outdoors looked and sounded like other than just being in pictures. This is so special to me, the closest thing I'll ever get to knowing what the 70's looked and sounded like! I bet it was beautiful living through those times.

This was filmed a month and 3 days before I was born. Pretty crazy to see how it was just another day for these guys, and I was in my mother’s womb.

I, too, was still wearing bell bottoms in 1976. : ) Btw, why was Zep 4 not in the 8 track player? Was it broke?

And the traffic was basically nonexistent. Exactly how it should be...especially on a Sunday. Bottom line....there's too many people. The United States is over run anywhere even remotely urban. Greedy county commissioner's and developers. And certain demographics who keep having 4,5 kids or more.

I wish I could still go to the mall like it was back in the day! It's still there, but it's empty and sad and full of skeezy bums

When going to the mall was cool, fun, and even... Safe. Btw, the year I graduated high school. Great great great times and no the cars weren't great then. Big, heavy, handled like crap, and barely stopped. 😉

OMG! the video suddenly became about that 250SL. I have that exact blue diecast model sitting on a shelf in my collection. A wonderful machine.

90% USA made cars with real chrome steel bumpers, and only a handful of imports. Today, its the other way around.
