Our new product, the Quijada de Arbol is meant to replicate the looks and characteristics of it's natural counterpart, the quijada de burro. Invented by Germán Carrizosa Luna of Cosoleacaque, Veracruz, this instrument was created with the hopes of making the natural quijadas, harvested from donkeys, horses, or mules, a thing of the past.

What kind of pick up do you recomand for guitarron?
Can you use vihuela or requinto strings? I can't find strings in my area
any idea when it will be available again?
Anyone use them? Once they restock I’m tempted to try them
Hello, is there a chord chart or something out there?
Thanks a bunch. This is a very helpful video.
Which strings you use for this tunings? I mean, the lowest tunings like the Tecalitlan and Michoacán will need different string sizes because of the low frequency it needs to reach. I have a golpe but tuned in high e urbano tuning. I will like to try the tecalitlan tuning but first I need to know which strings to buy. Thanks a lot for the video!
