Hey Luv! Glad you liked my review! ☺️To answer your questions: check in was easy. I did receive a cool towel and welcome drink. I didn't have to worry about taking my bags to my room myself. One thing that I didn't care for was that after my payment was taken, I was kinda of passed to the "sales man" whose job it was to get me to go to the sister property for a free breakfast. He gave me a coupon book for money off the spa and other things but I knew already it was an upsell for some type of membership I cared less about. Customer service was great! Every resort staff always said hello and asked if I needed anything and how my stay was. As for the nightlife, I honesty thought it was dull. No parties but the day time activities like bingo, pool games, casino tables, etc. were always a hit and the Entertainment staff who organized them did a great job of keeping guests spirits high. As for the neighboring property (it can be seen in the thumbnail for this video), it's already built and they were just working on the poo. I was right next to it and NEVER bothered by any noise. Hope this gave you a little more insight to the resort🙂 and you enjoy future stays in Cancun! Oh and I appreciate the reasons for the envelope and paper! 🤦🏾‍♀️ Makes perfect sense now!

First, Happy Birthday luv!!🎉 What an amazing BF to plan your bday celebration! Secondly, don’t get in your head about the reviews! I definitely enjoyed myself (and was alone) Your going to be in great company! Overall, I rate the resort an 8. My room was great! The food was good! All the staff was kind and friendly! I wish that the pool umbrellas would of been up during my stay but to the resort’s defense, I was there when Hurricane Beryl was approaching so I can understand the safety aspect! Enjoy yourself Beautiful! It’ll be great!!

Appreciate the compliment @rbvan 😊 I would say that this resort checks all the boxes you’re looking for EXCEPT for the “like minded singles” part. 🫤 Lots of couples here! I suggest doing a group activity the resort offers. Your chances may be higher of meeting singles that way.

EMPOWERED is the first word that comes to mind followed by FEARLESS! My first solo trip was to Bali in 2019. I took 3 planes to get there. I think that there are quite a few things that once a female conquers and overcomes, she has a sense of being unstoppable! I know now that there is nothing I can’t do “solo”. (Doesn’t mean I always want to, but just the reassurance to mySLEF, that I CAN!!)

Hey Christleylien!! The was amount of activities were impressive IMO. But the entertainment lacked. They resort had black jack and ping pong tables, water games like basketball, there’s bingo, karaoke, dance and Spanish lessons, water Zumba, and aqua cycling! I’m probably missing a few other things but definitely much to choose from. As far as like comedy shows or musical entertainment, they didn’t offer that.

Hey Tee!! So the elevators at the property I stayed at (Seranade All Suites) worked perfectly fine! It was the elevator leading to the Rooftop at the NEIGHBORING property that were out of order. Hope you have enjoyable stay! So sweet of you to take your mom on vacay too btw! :)

Hello! The converter is a multiple converter I purchased from Amazon. The name of it is UNIVERSAL TRAVEL ADAPTER INTERNATIONAL ALL IN ONE PLUG. I've used it all over the world! It's great. The way I traveled around the city effortlessly was using Amsterdams metro system. It's extremely easy to use! And the hotel is literally a 5 minute walk to the station. I hope you have an enjoyable time!

So if you recall on this video, you just go their website and click on laundry service. You’ll enter your room number, an select what items you want cleaned. I didn’t use this service so I don’t know if you drop them off or if they come pick up. It does cost though and I would imagine they charge it to your room. I would inquire at check in. Enjoy your stay luv!

Now because I didn't stay at the family property (Serenade Punta Cana), I don't know what all the guests there have access to. Hi Sharon! I'm glad you appreciated my video! I always enjoying making them! To answer your questions, The Cabana was $45 (but note that was Sept 2022 when I was there). Walking around the property was fine. It was never too long or daunting but you definitely don't want to wear any heels while walking the property as its all rocky! I wore summer wear. Denim shorts, tank top dress, think tropical comfort! A would get a golf cart if you're traveling with someone or if you struggle with walking long distance. As for the outlets, I never went off the resort property so I never experienced any shopping outlets. Hope this helps and if you stay, hope you have an enjoyable stay like I did!

Hi Rgoyal! So glad you enjoyed my vid, thank you! I will be happy to answer your questions! 1-The services that aren't included in the booking is the spa and tours. You will be charged for these. Open bar, roof top, and yoga is free and is included in your stay. 2- I didn't really enjoy the restaurant located in between the 2 pools. Also the buffets weren't to appetizing. I enjoyed the Steak and Hibachi restaurants the best. 3- Didn't take any of the tours 4- Overall not crowded at all. There was never any wait for anything and plenty of restaurant seating all the time. Never crowded in the elevators. Hope this helps and if you do stay at Serenade All Suites, I hope you have a phenomenal time!

Hey Rocky! I was notified you subscribed and I'm thrilled! Hope you have a wonderful time celebrating your birthday! (I do every year!) Don't be concerned about not booking a shuttle. At first I booked directly with the resort (it costed $70 R/T) After awhile I thought, there must be something cheaper? I ended booking my shuttle with Booking.com for a fraction of the price! Glad you found my video so helpful! I love doing them!

Hey! My alcoholic drinks were always mixed cocktails (Aperol Spritz, Mojitos, wine) and they were always good! The only night life I saw was a singer and he was good. No casino and the nightlife there was pretty mild at the bars but it can become lively depending on your alcohol intake. The Hibachi chef was pretty fun an entertaining too if your dining with a big group . Hope this helps.

Hey Natasha! Definitely understand the Secret Terrace to be really hard to find. If you go to the main outdoor bar (where I showed you they do yoga) go to the side between the two hotel properties. You’ll take the stairs leading up to the rooftop. If you’re still having a hard time, ask guest services to lead you to it. Hope other than that, you’re enjoying your stay there!

Hey BabyGirl! So I made my reservation about 1 month before my arrival. You can make it the day of but you risk running the risk of all the rooms being sold out OR paying a lot more than if you booked months ahead. I liked the resort just fine as a solo trip as all my trips are solo including my past birthday trips. Celebrating with those you love is always gonna be way more fun, I just don't have those in my life or who save up for luxury vacays. I let the resort know it was my birthday via a message when I booked my reservation a month before I arrived. I hope you have a great time with your friends and a memorable birthday there!

Your very welcome! Always a pleasure to share my luxury stays! I did end up getting breakfast from room service. What was described was nothing like what I received. I got oatmeal served with a FORK!! 🤦🏽‍♀️ As for extra cost for the rooftop, I booked my stay via booking.com. I was never charged extra an I just had a basic garden view room but I did see what your seeing on the website. May have to call or email the resort directly for clarification. Have fun next month!! 🎉
