China travel 2024: Experience The Magic Of Suzhou After Dark
China travel 2024, Later in the evening, still in the cozy teahouse in Suzhou, we listened to the melodious Jiangnan Xiaoqu (江南小曲). The soothing tunes of this traditional music filled the air, played by musicians using traditional Chinese instruments. This created a serene and enchanting atmosphere, perfectly complementing our romantic evening and adding a touch of cultural elegance to our unforgettable experience.

Indeed, there are many beautiful places around, like Lamma Island, Aberdeen, and Ocean Park. The dam near Aberdeen and the picnic area sound lovely too. Riding a sampan to dine at the Jumbo Floating Restaurant must have been quite an experience. Sadly, the Jumbo Floating Restaurant has been closed and moved from its original location. (On 14 June 2022, the Jumbo Floating Restaurant was towed out of Hong Kong to Cambodia to await a new operator. While transiting in the South China Sea, it experienced bad weather and capsized near the Paracel Islands on 19 June 2022. Its operator has denied describing it as sunk.) Well known for bargain hunting for tourists. Not sure if it is still now when everything is so expensive.

Mong - Over looking Wong - Busy. The name change symbolizing the development in this most iconic area of Kowloon over centuries.

This walk includes mainly Mangkok area along Nathan road, between Argyle St, and down to as far as Public Square St. Mangkok is located on Kowloon peninsula just north of Hong Kong Island. I agree that navigating in Hong Kong could be very difficult. Almost every part of the city is very compact and very congested. You could refer to a map for a better understanding of the walking route, which is included in this video and description.
